Enjoyable! I had dinner here while staying at the Double Tree Hotel, it was convenient and the food was actually very good. The service was friendly and attentive. 4 stars simply for being open! 5 stars for the kind bartender who took care of me! I was in town for a training conference, and an adult beverage sounded like the perfect midday indulgence during my lunch break. How luxurious! Our group ordered in some delicious Giordano's pizza to our training room. I was able to grab a slice and still have time to head out in search of my oasis. I was staying in a local hotel, so I made my way to the in-house bar ... only to find it closed! A quick search led me next door to the BC Bistro and Lounge. I was concerned they would also be closed, but it was worth a try. At worst, I'd get in a few extra steps. At best: a cold beverage! BC Bistro is located inside the DoubleTree Hotel. It appeared to be open, but there was no hostess or bartender in sight. I went to ask someone in the lobby (BC Bistro is located just off the lobby), and at that moment, a kind bartender appeared from the back. She had simply been completing her cleaning duties and confirmed they were open. She escorted me to the bar and made sure I had everything that I needed. I opted for a delicious Blue Moon on tap. It had been a while since I had enjoyed this delicious unfiltered wheat ale, but like Frank the Tank says: "Once it hits your lips!" This little bar checked all my boxes. The bartender was sweet and accommodating, the beer was fresh, and The Pixies and Echo and The Bunnymen were playing on the speakers. Lips like sugar. You got that right!

Stopped in with a group of coworkers after a long flight. Located in the DoubleTree Hotel, the menu has a few great options from appetizers to deserts. I ordered the chicken wings, whiskey glazed salmon and a margarita. The food was decent but the service was better. Anything we needed was provided. We had a group 6 and our waiter didn't miss a beat. All of the recommendations that were suggested my folks were happy with.

Staying at the Rosemont Embassy Suites by Hilton. We were looking for a new place to eat and heard about the DoubleTree restaurant. Wandered over and decided to order their chicken sandwiches for TAKEOUT. Mr. Abderrahim took care of us! Exceptional customer focus and service. Next time we will eat there! The food was excellent. My husband had the crispy breaded chicken sandwich; I had the chicken grilled (w/o breading). Melted cheese and coleslaw topped the chicken and it was in a brioche bun. Juicy and succulent, tasty, and delicious! Highly recommend! We didn't wait very long. Walked to the Embassy Suites and the food was still hot. Thank you, Mr. Abderrahim and to your staff. Our customer experience was fantastic because of you.... your kindness and humor! Since we spend lots of time at your next store sister hotel.....we will see you again soon!

I was here for a quick work meeting but I saw that the special of the day was a each onion soup. I'm a sucker for this dish and being in Chicago, wanted to try the difference compared to the west coast. Ambiance was awesome as it was part of a mini game room so it was super crowded. The soup was impeccable and the only complaint I had was I wish the bowl was bigger

I ordered a medium well fillet mignon, but after waiting almost 30 minutes, it arrived well done. I was so hungry that I started eating the vegetables while waiting for the server to return. He came around after few minutes.When I mentioned the issue with the meat, he offered to make a new one, but I was already full from the vegetables. I expressed my dissatisfaction, but still ended up being charged 50% of the total bill ($19.91) and left a $5 tip. Although it wasn't the server's fault, I couldn't help feeling like I had been taken advantage of in the situation.

Pretzel was a little too salty, Doubletree Hotel so prices are what they are. Prime burger and fries pretty decent for the money, good portion, only complaint would be I was here 2 nights in a row and not offered same cheese options. Yes, even after that I would eat her again. Decent bar food.

Clean, cozy restaurant with full bar. Courteous staff. Ordered salmon with brown rice/quinoa, and brussel sprouts. Looked wonderful but overcooked and not fresh. I was starving and ate it anyway which isn't like me. The fish had an odd aftertaste. Cross between old fish and propane.

The food portions are huge here and everything is delicious. The employees are super friendly especially Maria and Enrique! I got the barbecue burger and was surprised at how big it was. I loved everything about the restaurant and will definitely come back more in the future to try the other menu items! I highly recommend you try this out if you are staying at the DoubleTree.

Friendly and quick service. Food was made fresh and was piping hot! Especially the "pizza. Great portion size as well. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming. Good for families and couples. The waitress was nice and knowledgeable. She suggested the perfect wine for my meal.
