Nice in an airport business hotel kind of way. Food is good. Service is adequate but not out to win repeat customers. Can't think of a reason to eat here except for convenience while staying in the hotel or attending a conference here. Pleasant enough generic experience.

The flatbread was delicious. I got the tomato and mozzarella one that has this special lemon dressing on it. Very thin yummy crust.

I'm impressed. We typically don't enjoy the "hotel" food. These chefs are plating beautiful and well thought out meals. They even have daily deals. Which included a braised lamb. It looked beautiful. But we didn't order it, so I didn't feel right about running over to someone else's table to get a pic. You'll have to trust me. Our waitress was hustling and we still never waited or wanted. Shout out to Olga. She was great. Say hi. I had the salmon quinoa bowl and hubs had the Amish chicken. Both exceeded expectations and were healthy guilt free options. Everything was completely fresh and perfectly done. For dessert we had the caramello. Caramellos wish they were that good. The head chef even came out to talk to customers. If the locals aren't eating here, they are missing out. The chef is in the process of changing the menu. They are opened until 1 am.

Let me first start by saying what an amazing experience from kitchen staff to servers. I had a 5star experience from the minute I sat down. To the sec my meal hit the table! Have never had such an amazing lobster bisque soup full of spice, left me wanting more. I also had the beef burger that just made your mouth melt! Chef Ramzi was also nice enough to make a Beef TarTar at my request and the picture doesn't do it justice bc of the blurry but what an amazing dish. Clean and comfortable place to enjoy what I would say to enjoy a date or even just to relax & have great food. Definitely felt thank to cook Cortez,he was nice enough to walk the food to my table himself!

Since we stayed at the Westin, and it was pretty late, Benchmark was a nice option for a restaurant on site. We went for the club sandwich and the burger. Both were actually pretty tasty, although the kitchen here is definitely heavy handed with the salt. Fries were very good (salty) and they were generous with the amount. For a "gastropub" the beer options weren't that big but there's a style for everybody out there. Full bar as well. Service was decent. One at the bar and one roving staff to take orders.

Ordered the burger with a side salad. Everything came out quickly and service was great. Burger was a little overdone on one side but otherwise tasty and mostly cooked at the right temp. Salad was fresh and dressing was a standard thick balsamic. If you're in a pinch and need to eat at the hotel, this place does the trick.

I was very pleased to find a quality restaurant located in The Westin O'Hare. I arrived late and it was open until 1:00 a.m. that day. I was very busy at 9 p.m. I received quick service and enjoyed a very good flatbread. I felt the food and wine menus were limited and that is why I gave 4 stars instead of 5. The service was prompt and very attentive.

Exquisite!! Beautiful open concept wood & brick. We enjoyed the chicken & Black bean bowl. Ordered 1 piece of ricotta cheesecake & then .... Ordered 1 more. Everything was delicious and I would go back for the food & the ambience was stunning for the hotel. Terrariums & air plants were nestled in wit the opulence. We had a great time! Great service ... it was a rainy night and we came I. Very casually dressed. Treated with respect! It was a pleasant experience

One of the few places open. Great ambiance. Fast service. It was bustling with people late at night. There specialty are their drinks. The food was delicious. I docked a star because we told them we did not want any bacon on our burger and they put bacon on it. He had to wait for another burger to be remade.

A few of us coworkers came here for dinner one night. It was excellent. The food quality, the ambiance - it was all excellent. Highly recommended if in the area. It's inside a hotel so go all the way to the left (or south) and park in the garage.
