A good start to the day requires a good breakfast. When I have to travel to The Windy City, I always schedule a night at the Hilton so I can have breakfast at Liberty Tavern. They make a fantastic corned beef hash! Definitely not like anything from a can or a fast food joint. Bring an appetite. Service is always good and the place is well appointed. Clean and stylish decorations. Check them out.

This is located within the Hilton Rosemont Hotel. I was at the hotel for a convention. There was a break and I was a little hungry...figured an appetizer would be perfect. I didn't want anything too big so I settled with the truffle spinach artichoke dip. It was good, but I didn't taste any truffle! It was served with soft pita bread. The pita bread paired well! Service was okay. My waiter checked on me a few times.

Quick stop for apps before heading to the airport. Super great service and fast apps! We had the spinach & artichoke dip with yummy fried bread triangles, Brussels sprouts, 3 cheese flatbread and a side of mushroom risotto. All yummy! We sat in the bar area but they have a restaurant side too.

The most friendly and attentive breakfast hotel staff, I've ever met! Predictable buffet, so order the omelette and save the coffee order for Starbucks next door. Waitstaff was so great! Ignore previous post about waiting around, they were very responsive and went out of their way to deliver a speedy meal in the morning.

This restaurant is inside the Hilton hotel so it's convenient for guests. This review is for the breakfast only, which I couldn't find a menu online so this review is mainly to post the breakfast menu. I had an omelette, which was fine but nothing great. The service friendly but a little slow at 6am but the food comes fast. Nothing was wrong, it just didn't impress me. If I wasn't here on business I'd be having breakfast across the lobby at Starbucks.

Really nice food, wonderful flavor and ingredients. The pot pie had a light flaky top crust, chunks of chicken and a delicious filling. A good place for take out if not eating inside.

The ambiance is excellent. The restaurant has a very peaceful and clean vibe. The service was speedy and attentive. Fries are really good very well salted. Brussel sprouts are seasoned decently a little too sweet for me. Friend asked for a side of bacon and they easily accommodated the request. Bacon was good and crispy. All food arrived hot.

Wow, this restaurant surprised me so much. The food and service was impeccable! I work across the street and decided to give them a try despite some of the not so great reviews. They start you off with freshly baked bread and butter (shaped in flowers!) We ordered the charcuterie board, the short rib flatbread, the soup of the day (tomato and basil), and the chicken pot pie. While the prices I admit are a little steep, the food and service make up for it! We also sat next to the fireplace which is so nice on a cold day. All the food was amazing especially the chicken pot pie. I love pot pie and the flavor in this was so good. The service (thank you Alessandra and Yuli) was honestly the best I have ever received in a restaurant. They are so nice and attentive and your drinks will be topped before you get to the bottom. I will definitely be back!
