The Royal and Jalapeno crunch burgers are so good! Big fan of the mint and pumpkin Oreo shakes, who knew pumpkin and oreo do the trick and treat? Their app makes pickup so easy, smart range of simple customization tools, ideal integration of both great rewards and payment options too. This location had surprisingly fantastic service, aware and ready to go staff is amazing for the under paid fast food industry. Found clean bathrooms, overall classic old fashioned white and red dining room, and there were others ordering in-store from the systems. I miss the glory days when a crowd of friends piled into Steak n Shake after midnight but time marches on.

Ok the food is good obviously it's a fast food chain. The white woman that was handling the drive through today September 29TH, on Monday. Completely awful customer service giving attitude during the order process by making slick comments and remarks didn't say anything about it when I went to the window. I arrived at the window said thanks and asked if everything was their the old white woman with the glasses closed the window in my face. I kept it going didn't let it ruin my day. Then I started doing DoorDash , I picked up an order from the same store and same thing happened she gave attitude again didn't say anything. I went to the window asked if everyone was there she said idk and closed the window. Then I started checking the bag my self and scanning my order before I pull off if it was the wrong order. Out of her own free will she came to the window opened it then gave a nasty look in a rude way where you know someone got attitude then asked "can I help you!". WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE SHE NEEDS TO BE REPRIMANDED AND HANDLED BECUASE THE WAY SHE TALKS TO PEOPLE IS A PROBLEM!!!

Ours closed so tried this one. Big mistake. Milkshake great as usual. Frisco Melt was really bad. Meat was way overcooked crispy. Our place was always soft & yummy. An era gone.

Well all you have to do is look at the reviews and the amount of one stars and you realize that the best thing to do is drive past, avoid, run, anything to get away from this dump. the food was terrible and silly for me to think they were having a bad day a month ago and I should go back and give them another try. All the other reviews just tell you what I would put here and why waste your time repeating the same complaints. All I wanted was a burger and fries, and after finding both items to be cold and fat congealed on the burger, I went next door to Culver's and got a real hot burger and warm fries. Don't waste your money and pay the 12% tax on lousy inedible food.

The food was very good. The shake was sweet! I don't believe you will be able to finish it all in slurps, as it takes time to debrief after the sugar crush. The vanilla is said to be the sweetest. Maybe try pairing it up with something bitter or salty on the side. Although the sweetness is overpowering, it doesn't make it necessarily a bad shake. You just have to have a good sweet tooth!! The service was incredible and I definitely recommended anyone planning to go here. We had no issues with any staff, any waiting times for food, or any problems with guests. Although, there was some issue with a lady outside who fell...the staff was kind enough to pick her up and help her debrief inside after fall. The ambiance was disco-like, giving Five Nights Of Freddy's vibes--90's arcade like. The ground had a tile like detail, almost like chess board. 7/10 overall experience.

Very horrible service since they added self serve kiosk!!! They act like they don't wanna work , one of the workers was saying loudly he wanted to go home . Our burgers were cold , food took forever to come out . They don't wanna help people who don't know how to work the soda machine . Ask them for help and they act like they don't know anything !!! They make you feel like you are a bother ... was there on 3/23 will not be returning

They are no longer providing table service. No cashier, you order at a kiosk. The only staff is in the kitchen. Is this where we're heading? It's really sad to see. A once great franchise with customer service bordering on Chick-fil-A levels, now reduced to providing a cold, impersonal meal. This location once stayed packed, now it's empty of customers. She did enjoy her shake, and my garlic burger and onion rings were OK. Three stars for food, one star for service (or lack thereof).

There are lots of things wrong with this location, but the plastic forks are simply the worst possible utensils I've ever used. They turn soft when eating something hot. You can't stir or pick anything up that's hot. I don't want to waste my time letting the ownership know about the other ways they are destroying the brand because the forks are indicative of how much they care.

Man this franchise has seen better days. It's one of the only franchises that still keeps up the diner fascade, but you can tell from the rusted furniture, broke tiles, etc. that they haven't done much remodeling. Atleast this one's floors aren't covered in filth and it doesn't have cobwebs kn the tables. They pretty much force everyone to use the kiosks to order since there's no menu on the wall nor anyone really working a register of some sort. I ordered a butter steakburger with a small fry which came out to be a little over $5 with tax. The food itself was ready in a few minutes. The shoestring fries are instantly recognizable. Upon opening the burger I immediately had flashbacks of my past experience at a Steak and Shake years ago where I coincidentally ordered the same thing. The butter steakburger on the menu as a different bun, but they serve it on a regular bun. With my first bite I received a mouthful of butter which confirmed it was indeed a butter steakburger. The onions for whatever reason are ridiculously strong. A few bites in and you realize you're gonna need breath mints. It's an above average burger, but the seemingly stale bread was off putting. I wouldn't mind trying things out again, but you can definitely tell they stopped caring about the dine-in experience a long time. It's nothing like the hustle and bustle in the commercials of yesteryear. Everything seemed cold, robotic and it was pretty much a ghost town when I was there. However, you do get good deals for solid food.

The service was pretty quick. I got a Reese's milkshake and it tasted really sweet but what can you expect it's a milkshake. It would've been better if I was really craving sweetness to the T. I would recommend this being your quick go to for milkshakes.
