Ambience was a little cold but we thought the restaurant was decorated nicely. Popped in after shopping and we were a bit disappointed with our lunch. Chicken ramen was bland and had no chicken flavor in the broth and the chicken karaage grossed me out a bit after a bite. Noodles were basic had to add a little bit of spice but instead of being offered togarashi or any spicy sauce the server just gave me chilly oil. Oof, and the broth was already oily. Hello heartburn. The chicken katsu curry was also extremely bland and had no flavor. Not to mention the rice being mushy!!!! As an Asian person it's a bit insulting to be served poorly prepared rice from an Asian run Asian food restaurant. Our server was ok until she never brought out our drinks before our food. And only brought them out when it was time for us to get the check. Overall the experience left much to be desired but the other employees that walked by were nice. Unfortunately I can't recommend this spot as worth trying to anyone else... hope they improve their quality of food and services in the future.

Came here for lunch. It was about $20 including tip and the portion was a bit small. Probably only big enough for one person. The tonkotsu flavors were good and there was an ample ratio of meat to noodle. My niece enjoyed the noodles and they had a nice chew.

I just tried their takoyaki, and I was delightfully surprised that it tasted pretty decent (considering that were in a mal food court). The shape is off (they didn't fill it more and roll it all the way around to make a full sphere), and there are no moving bonito flakes on top or anything, but the taste was great, texture was decent. Not the best takoyaki I've ever had, but good enough to satisfy. I ordered at a kiosk and it was also done really fast. To top it off, it only cost $5.95 for 6 pieces. A nice snack for a stroll through the mall. I'll be back eventually to try some more items on the menu!

For an eatery inside a mall, this place serves pretty good tonkotsu ramen, although the presentation of ingredients is not as good as a true ramen restaurant as the kitchen behind the counter prepares and puts out a bowl of ramen noodles then the cashier just scoops the toppings such as roast pork slices, bamboo shoots, seaweed, etc. onto the ramen noodles. I enjoyed my ramen and wouldn't mind going back to try other noodles and bento boxes that they offer next time.

THE MOST DISGUSTING RAMEN IN THE WORLD!!! This can't be called Ramen... Maruchan tastes better than this. Don't be scammed, I paid (and lost) $25 for a ridiculous and tasteless portion, I tried it and threw it in the trash. There's more expensive than the restaurants where they make them from scratch. Also, Is not the same size as displayed, it's MUCH SMALLER and literally water with stuffs on top. The chicken was extremely greasy, cold and rested, old. This place should close, terrible way to stole the people money.

I failed to look at yelp before visiting this location. The Ramen was average as a best case scenario. More realistically a 3/4 of 10. The service was friendly and the ambience was nice. I ordered a banana, chocolate smoothie which we took 2 sips of. I can 100% guarantee that was no banana or chocolate in there. It was repulsive. The waitress saw we didn't drink it and didn't bother asking about it.

I ordered the kaarage shio ramen. The kaarage was cold, and batter was worse than what you could find at McDonalds. The noodles had a weird texture and the broth was below average. I ate half of it before throwing it out . The ramen was worth half of what I bought it for. Worst ramen I've ever had. Only good thing was the drink selection.
