The food is great but management is awful. I did not receive two flavors of wings I had ordered and the manager was rude and did not believe me and was adamant on me taking pictures of my food when all she had to see was my receipt. She told me what was packed in my box and clearly did not mention the two flavors that were missing and did not replace the flavors nor did she reimburse me.

I have ordered from here a few times before and it was just ok and the employees were... interesting! Today , Superbowl Sunday at that , my husband and I ordered from them , it was the best order yet. The employees were great , they had their act together today , tons of orders ready to be picked up and our wings were PERFECT !!! They got our order wrong the other times but today , it was 100% correct too . Great job guys , keep it up bc I wanna come back for more of that Louisiana Rub :)

I work not too far away from here. Perfectly located. There isn't a lot of places I have cravings for on a regular basis. They are amazing. The service is great and attentive. There is plenty of seating, and it has a comfortable atmosphere. The food is consistently good. The chicken sandwich was amazing. It is just as good as their wings. They also have delicious Voodoo fries!

Stopped by the new Wingstop in Schiller Park this evening for dinner and was pleased with my order. The inside is very new & the staff was getting into the motion of it all. My order took about ten minutes and the staff was really nice through the whole process. There's a seating area inside, but I didn't use it. It was already evening time and opted to wait in my car until the order was done. I ordered 15 Chicken Tenders with fries and Buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce and Ranch for two people. The chicken was really good. I thought it would be weird that they weren't sauced up, but the chicken was great with the sauce and on it's own. The fries were delicious and the portion was big so there was more than enough. I have some chicken leftover for lunch tomorrow. There is parking on site & it's free. There's only a few spaces, but they don't fill up since the space is new. The parking lot is kind of tight, but it helps that it's all one way parking so it's easier to move around.
