The restaurant was extremely busy but it was worth the wait I love their garlic parmesan my hubby enjoyed his burger and fried pickles service could have been better maybe hire more servers or something

I went in on their wing special get 6 wings and get 6 free. I was greeted and was sat in an area with large tvs and high top tables. I ordered 6 hot and 6 Parmesan garlic wings with both blue cheese and ranch dipping sauces and a side of tater tots. My food came out relatively quickly because I know they cook to order. I received my food and started to eat. My food was okay. The wings are on the smaller size and some were definitely cooked more than others. The flavor of the sauces really helped. The tater tots were done perfectly, crispy and fluffy at the same time. I was watching the baseball game while eating and several groups of people came in and asked to watch a soccer match. It got loud quickly. Which is fine this is a sport bar. To use a sports analogy my food wasn't a home run, but it was a solid double.

Only dine in as they will always get your pick up and delivery orders wrong. I was missing lots of items and was told that carrots and celery are not considered food :)- They did offer to fix it but only if we came back which meant missing half of the game so just went without. They will also mess up your order inside but at least then they fix it right away. Ordered buffalo wings (you know the ones everyone orders) and they gave me buffalo dry rub. The mistake was fixed within like 5min. So feel free to eat here just make sure you check your food and have time to wait for them to fix it.

Food was good as always, but at this location the service & back of house staff was simply not up to the BWW standards IMO. We ordered 2 pick 6s for $20 3/4 plates came back wrong, drinks came after the food, bartender was not competent on menu, on top of that we had to wait over 25 minutes for the last plate. What a ruined experience for a lunch out , luckily the food is always good, but the service crew here truly needs to be reevaluated.

This should be zero stars. I placed a doordash order and it kept delaying the time, was supposed to be here at 9:20 and it delayed it until 10 pm and it is still going. I called THREE times and no one answered do it hung up all of those times. I call the doordash driver, she says no one has come up to her, acknowledged her, or told her anything. After some time a guy tells her it will be out in a second but the delivery time is STILL going up. Whoever works Sunday nights is lazy and has no business working here.

The service was mediocre at best. My friend ordered house bourbon on the rocks and was charged $12.25 for double Jim Beam, but he didn't order a double. We told the waiter , he just shrugged his shoulders. The food was worse than the service. The wings were dry and overcooked. The celery and carrots were old. The celery was brown and carrots had white stuff on them. We told the waiter, again he shrugged his shoulders. The place was empty for a good reason. When my partner asked how good this place was, I said " How can you f*** up a chicken wing?" Well, now we know!!! Good luck"B Dubs" you'll need it!!!

Can't go wrong with Buffalo Wild Wings on any day! Their ambiance is super chill and honestly if you go alone you'll never feel alone! It's always packed which i do like about it unless i can't get a table but everyone is so nice and the vibe is such a party vibe with all the games playing and everyone bringing their friends to eat out! The service is usually so quick and kind!

The customer service here was horrible. It was a while before someone realized that we didn't even get waters yet. Then the waitress was kind of disrespectful and would talk about us to other waitresses and they would look at us. We ordered a draft beer only for her to tell us after we got it that it's not draft. We ordered wings and asked for them to be extra, but they weren't. The waitress saw there were two of us but only brought out one plate and fork knowing we would ask for another one. It seemed like she was purposefully playing games. We did not have the best game day experience and we won't be going back again.

So, for the second time BW3s corporate has allowed my 'Rewards Program' to go broke. I know what you're saying: "Well, this is hardly the fault of this specific franchise..." YES IT IS! Last time it happened, I asked them what I could do about it. They d--ked me around, said to 'contact corporate' and then told me to pound sand. It's not a 'Rewards Program' so much as it is a way to save your contact info. They suck...their 'corporate overlords' suck more. They also suck. F--k Them!

I think it's interesting people still return to these corporate restaurants, but I guess the suburbs tend to offer less options... especially right next to a movie theater. Our server who took care of us at the bar was friendly. They don't have the same Tuesday night wing deals they used to have. They have a BOGO half deal, but certainly you gotta want more food to get the deal. Wings were alright... not bad, but nothing to really get excited for. They have a decent amount of beer on tap which I do appreciate, and it's a great place to watch sports. The place felt grimy though, and walking into the bathroom I felt like I needed to hold my breath. Flies flying around, trash on the floor, etc. Someone needs to help bring this place back up to shape.
