This place takes forever in the drive-through even though I order in advance through the mobile app. The order is always correct, but I don't understand how nuggets can take so long. The staff is friendly.

The Burger King on West Dempster between McCormick and Crawford in Skokie is recommended. The morning service may sometimes be slow but you get the correct order and freshly made meals. My family likes the French toast sticks and fries. Yes fries it's Burger King and you can have it your way. We also enjoy the hot coffee without sugar and cream here too. They also have low carb whoppers (you can have it your way here so order the whopper without a bun, cheese, and mayo). We recommend.

This is my regular Burger King because it's close to my work. I come pretty regularly for breakfast or lunch. The employees are always friendly. It's BK, so you know they serve consistent burgers, chicken, etc. it's fast food, so you know what to expect. They have never messed up my order and they are normally very fast. I'm going to continue to come to this location when BK is the call for lunch!

Horrible service and the lady making the burgers by hand wasn't wearing gloves , I asked for a remake for my impossible burger no mayo and it seemed to have been a huge issue for all of them to remake it . Impossible burger was extremely dry and didn't taste as good as the other burger kings I've been too . Was very unsatisfied and disappointed as I spend over $50 on a huge order and wasn't please food was not put well together the whoppers I order bread was falling apart burgers could have been handled in a better manner very disappointing .

I've been to this location many times, but never went inside, until now! Let me tell you; the restroom is so filthy that i didn't even want to touch anything in it; let alone walk around inside it. I almost said forget it, and went somewhere else. Maybe it was because it was the evening; i don't know, but it was filthy! The food tasted typical for a Burger King, but still, after seeing that restroom, and also how the trash cans were filled up in the main area; it's obvious that nobody cares here or maybe this location is short staffed; i don't know. The one good thing that this place has is outgoing employees, but i see that their not very productive when rush hour slows down. I rate this Burger King 2 stars out of 5! It could be better, but unfortunately it's not! After my experience, and also seeing the other reviews that are quite some years back; i highly doubt this place will get any better.

I am not a fast food eater, and never get food from places like this. I used to get their iced coffee though, and it was good. Lastnight after dinner my daughter and I were out and craving something sweet. She mentioned that BK has milkshakes, so I decided why not. We went through the drive-thru. She got a cookies & cream shake, and I got a vanilla. We also bought two of their chocolate chip cookies, which were 2 for $1. Shortly after having our treats, I felt terrible! My stomach started cramping, then rumbling, and I thought I was going to vomit. I went to bed, thinking that I would feel better when I woke up. Well I woke up alright, running to the bathroom, and not to gross anybody out, but I was in there for quite a while. Then I found out that the same thing happened to my daughter!! I'm not sure if it's fake ice cream they're using, the milk was bad, or what. But next time we will stick with the Chocolate Shoppe down the street. Never again, Burger King...never again!!

Start off saying I love BK's biscuits. The store manger here is not a manager She's a glorified cashier. I have had several interactions w her about biscuits. At 8:00 they are consistently out of biscuits. I see the drive thru at Dunkin' Donuts next door packed daily and her drive thru empty constantly. Reason is she never has biscuits. She told me this morning she sold 6 biscuits before I arrived and she only had two left. She argues about the fact she is out of biscuits. As a manager your job is to Make sure there is product to sell. I'm done w this location. Her cashiers also wear nail polish. I wish I could speak to her boss about her attitude.
