I was in a wedding on September 26th, 2025. I did not personally pay for this limo service, but I still want to share my experience because it was unfortunately very disappointing. The good: The driver operated the vehicle relatively safely from what I could observe from the back, and we did arrive at our destination without incident. The bad: I sat in the front of the limo (closest to the driver, facing backward). During the ride, I didn't feel any wetness on the floor, but when I got out at the wedding destination, the bottom of my dress was soaking wet with a brown/green liquid. I immediately asked the driver to look into the issue. I pointed out the floor vent under my seat and politely asked him to check what the liquid might be so I could quickly research how to remove the stain before the wedding started in two hours. He said "okay," so I waited on the side of the parking lot for him to turn the limo around and investigate. Instead, he simply drove away. The photos I've attached show him leaving without any apology, assistance, or even an attempt to see what caused the issue. I was polite and calm the entire time, even joking, "Hey, if you can just help me figure out what it is so I can save the day and get the stain out before the wedding, that would be awesome!" I made it clear that I understood accidents happen and that maybe he didn't know there was liquid there--but still, no effort was made to help. There may have been a language barrier, and I'm very compassionate about that. I actually teach English Language Learners, so I know communication is always possible if both sides are willing--but in this case, the driver chose not to help at all. Honestly, he's lucky the bride didn't sit where I did, because if her wedding dress had been ruined, it would've been a much bigger issue. Other notes: The partition was either broken or the driver simply refused to raise it. The advertised sound system was just a small boom box you could plug a phone into, and it only played music in one area of the limo. It felt pretty cheap and not what you'd expect from a professional limo service. Take a look at the limo itself in the photos, looks like it has been side swiped recently. This didn't happen when I was in the vehicle but it certainly says something about this company and the quality of Limo you'll be getting if you choose their abysmal service. Overall, this experience left a really bad impression. A simple apology or a few minutes of help would've made a huge difference, but instead, I left with a ruined dress and zero accountability from the driver or company.

We took EasyWay Limo from the northwest suburbs to Wrigley Field. My mother set up the service and got a party bus. The drivers were very nice and treated us well. We brought some drinks with us and were told that we could leave them in the bus while we were at The Chicago Cubs game because the same bus would wait to pick us up. When we got to the bus after the game, we had a different bus. The cooler and drinks we brought on the bus were gone. Both busses were dirty. There were crumbs left on the seats, and the cups had not been emptied from the group before us. We got to Wrigley Field and back safe and sound, but I can not recommend them because of the other things that went wrong. The owner was attentive to our issues. I would give this company another ride.

Ride with this company if you want to get injured. They support reckless drivers. People were injured due to the reckless driving and unprofessionalism of this company. I have attached a picture that was a result of booking Easyway limos reckless behavior. When I showed Mohammed this picture, he did not even apologize. On August 24, we had requested pick up and drop off service to the botanic gardens from downtown Chicago for a wedding. Richard was 15 minutes late. When he found out we had somewhere to be he was driving very fast passing every single car on the highway- we had 17 people in the van. Thank god one person was sitting in the front seat to notice Richard vaping and texting the entire duration of the drive. We took a family selfie and Richard wanted to be in the selfie while driving the vehicle, not to mention a ton of open alcohol bottles in the front of the car. When we got into the botanic gardens, Richard tried speeding up to beat a parking gate. He quickly stopped, later we found out he hit the gate... All of us launched forward and many to the floor because Richard was speeding inside of a park. Who drives like that inside of a park? Mohammed said he would send another driver and he will get this taken care of. Well, by the time it was time to leave, half of my family did not feel safe and took ubers home or got rides from other guests. Do you blame them? Mohammed did let 17 passengers instead of the limit of 16. That he did accommodate for. He also had an excuse for the open alcohol. My mom asked Richard to throw it out in the garbage before the ride began. There was a garbage can 5 feet from the van. I called Mohammed on August 26th. I requested a full refund. He was very combative because his vehicle was damaged. Sounds like a conversation for Richard and the people he employs. He said he would get back to me but would not offer a full refund. He said he would offer half. Mohammed never got back to me. I followed up and he offered 25%. He then agreed to 50% two and half weeks ago. I had to follow up and he said that he would issue refund and send e-mail. He never did. I have still not received my email. I still believe 100% refund should be issued because of all this unnecessary follow up from the beginning. The entire time I went back and forth with Mohammed he always supported Richards actions. Richard even told Mohammed there was a golf cart at the botanic gardens that told him to speed up. There was no golf cart. I still have to ask, how is someone driving fast enough through a garden parking lot, that launches 18 people to the ground when it makes an abrupt stop. *** Now he has deleted the picture of hurt victims many times. It is September 19, still waiting on a refund.... 0/0 would not recommend. Your life depends of it.

Mohammed was easy to talk to. The terms were clear and straightforward. The black sprinter was comfortable enough for two four hour trips from Illinois to Wasau, WI and back. Cesar D was a great driver. He was helpful and flexible. If I ever organize another trip with family or friends, I would reach out to them again.

So easy to work with. Had to make changes a few times to my reservation and it was easy and hassle free Peter our driver was professional prompt and friendly. He also has great choice in music!

I unfortunately was on a ride recently with EasyWay Limo that resulted in very poor driving, and now, very poor customer service. On August 24, we had a group of 17 people to go on a ride from Chicago to the Botanic Gardens. Our driver (Richard) was 15 minutes late and driving very fast on the highway. He was also texting and vaping the entire ride (we know this because one of the 17 passengers was sitting in the front with him). When we got into the botanic gardens, Richard tried speeding up to beat a parking gate that was coming down. This resulted in an abrupt emergency stop, which sent everyone in the back flying forward, even a few of the passengers falling to the floor. This all happened on the small, inner road of Botanic Garden, where you certainly shouldn't be driving more than 5mph. The fact that all of us went flying shows that he was even driving too fast within the garden walls. Multiple passengers left with large bruises and very sore bodies. Naturally, being very uncomfortable with this driver, Mohammed said he would send another driver and he will get this taken care of. Now, more than three weeks later, we have still not received the refund for the trip there that Mohammed had said was issued. Even though Mohammed was very combative and providing excuses for the driver, terrible ride, and offering no apologies when sent actual photos of the injuries passengers had endured, we expected him to keep his word and process the refund that was agreed upon. After following up to discuss this again, he finally said he would issue a refund and send an email of proof of receipt. We still have not received either. All we are asking for is what Mohammed had agreed to. Regardless of all of the other terrible things that happened, we would expect a business owner to be ethical and trustworthy. Unfortunately, that has not been the case thus far. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Our plane was majorly delayed and we needed to find transport for 5 people at 1 am from the airport. We messaged EasyWay and they were very accommodating to us with our last minute request. We were picked up on time and the car looked brand new. The driver was also really helpful and nice. The price was also lower than other quotes I received-- a definite plus! I would definitely call them again in the future.

I booked them in advance so I could get to the ORD airport in time for my flight and they were over 45 mins late. I had to call them - they did not call me. Communication was poor- people need communication especially when going to the airport.

Extremely responsive. Competitive pricing and very easy to communicate with around any changes, needs, etc. Both the person I booked with and the driver were completely professional and friendly. Worked with them twice so far and would definitely again. Highly recommend!

Do not use this company. I have never had such an unprofessional experience- the driver Richard was texting and vaping the whole time while going over the speed limit. He had no regard for the safety of his passengers and his poor driving led to a situation in which multiple people left with bruises. The lack of accountability from this company is absurd.
