Best MAC AND CHEESE I have ever had. 100% I don't remember ever going to a pizza shop and getting Mac and cheese, but I did here and did not regret it at all, every time I come back here I will be getting the Mac and cheese. I recommend coming here just to get the Mac and cheese.

Ambiance, service and food left much to be desired. Tried the pizza and wondered if it were cooked from frozen. Space is dingy and dark. Friendly demeanor is kind of mandatory in a service industry and we got way LESS than friendly service. Honestly lost as to how they get repeat customers. Almost never give bad reviews but hopefully this can save someone a huge disappointment down the line.

My family had a small gathering at the restaurant in the supply closet also known as the party room. I can say with utter certainty whoever is managing the place does not have the first clue as to how to run a restaurant and the 2nd star comes solely from the fact that the food is decent for what it is. There was about 15 of us and we ordered in 3 groups at slightly different times. There was literally no rhyme or reason to how the food came out of the kitchen. My part of the group ordered the loaded fries, a pizza, a tuna melt and southwest salad. When ordering we were told that they might not have the loaded fries so we told them we would have the seasoned fries if they didn't have them. So then comes food delivery. After about 5 minutes the tuna melt came out. About 5 minutes after that the curly fries came out. 5 minutes after that the pizza came. That makes some sense. Well we eat, enjoy ourselves and are starting to pack up and 30 minutes later as we are finishing the salad shows up. WHAT? Then 5 minutes after that the loaded fries as we were getting ready to pay and walk out the door. Their reasoning for having the salad and fries (which we thought we weren't getting because we got our alternate) come out as desert, they said they were busy. So a pizza comes out in 15 minutes but a salad takes almost an hour? Then the salad which is described as having chips on top, comes out with fried wontons on top. Maybe I am missing something but the other ingredients were Southwest U.S. not Southwest China. I apologize if Wontons are not real Chinese or if they originate from another region. When I called them on it, they said well it said chips. I pointed out that every other place in the country would have put corn chips if anything but he didn't want to argue the point. This place is what it is and as long as you don't have any expectations, it won't disappoint.

The pizza is good, but the last two times I've ordered, they mess it up. One time I ordered half olive and half pineapple and I got home and they forgot the pineapple Last week, I ordered plain cheese, and asked it to be cut into squares for my little kids. The guy cut it like normal, glanced over his shoulder at the ticket and then looked st me and said, "that's okay right?" So I said, "no, I have little kids. They don't hold big slices of pizza." He said, "well... I'd have to make it over..." So I said, "try to make it work." I get the pizza and it looked like Picasso sliced it.

the food was great. it's worth noting we were a large group and the restaurant was crowded. the person behind the counter (Tamar) was alone and did a great job of making sure all the many customers got what they needed. she kept her cool and managed all the moving parts with patience and kindness.

We called and asked for Deep Dish Pizza with pepperoni and the response was no, that's it's no, then when questioned she replied with we are a Kosher restaurant. We then asked what we could get is cheese so again we said can we get a deep dish cheese pizza. We then ordered Cesar salad and the reply was no, no salad on weekends. At this point we should of just said thanks but no thanks. We picked up our thin crust cheese pizza not deep dish and will never return. I give them a 1 star for answering the phone.

Imagine it's 1992 and you want some pizza....then go here, but take it to go. If we set expectations appropriately, it's not a disappointment. Generally the pizza is fine, but the ambiance leaves something to be desired. Also, the amount of styrofoam used is unbelievable. I was interested in ordering from them for the first time. I was trying to order for myself, my husband, and our son, and wasn't sure about the portion sizes since I've never been there. The pastas come in "half sizes" and "full sizes" according to their menu, so I called and asked a very simple question: "Do you know if the full size pasta is more of a 1 person dish, or a shared dish?" and the girl who answered the phone sighed and mumbled, "I dunno." She didn't follow up with any other helpful information. It was such a strange response and incredibly bad customer service. A better approach could have been something like, "The full size is good for one person, and the half size is a nice side dish," or "The full size can be shared by two adults if they also share a salad or something else," etc. I could go on with a dozen better responses than a grumbled "I dunno." It's really not hard to be kind, helpful, and polite. If that's the care they put into their customer service, then I don't have a lot of confidence in their food.
