Had amazing experience and even dou I have another store closer to my house I always go to this one every time I need a car. Guys are amazing. Nick was super helpful and professional and resolved everything so fast.

I enjoy rental with Enterprise but they need to remove the lady with the dry voice. My return time was 0900. I returned it at 0934. She gonna tell me that my deposit was $272 because I arrived over an hour. On Thursday I did indeed picked it up at 0815 with a return for Sunday at 0900. I followed that. She said well you came at 0815. Okay well rather opened at 0900 am or not they should had put return for Sunday 0815. She repeated about me picking up the car on Thursday at 0815 and they said not sure if you understand that. I told her to not talk to me like a child and that I went off what the return time was. I did arrive after 0900. Her voice was dry like she just woke up and arrived at work with soak and wet hair. She act like she really did a favor for me to return my $300 deposit when the return time did indeed say 0900 and I arrived at 0934 on a Sunday. They aren't even busy on Sundays when they open up most of the times. The gentlemen there are always awesome and work with me all the time. Even if I'm an hour late. I've been coming there since I move here in 2024. I never had this problem. She need to move with corporate so she can work 24/7 she acted like Enterprise was all she has in her life. I'll be going to other enterprises until I desperately need a car from Enterprise Skokie Blvd. I refuse to rent at a place that's talks down to me like I'm an idiot and don't know how to read. Some people really don't need to work with people. She needs communication skills. She'd be better off working with ICE. No emotions or remorse for her acknowledgment that she was incorrect. My return time said 0900 not 0815. I've been an Enterprise renter for over 11 years and I've never felt insulted from them like this before. She has to have a relative that work there. Tell her ICE is hiring.

Definitely worse place ever. Management is horrible. Found them to be deceiving. Would not recommend this place. Go to UHaul. They are 100 percent better.

Oh boy, where do I start. I'm really hating on the rental car companies and how they treat you. The attitude that comes from staff needs to end. I feel the hate almost comes from discrimination. What an attitude. You have a job to do, so don't take your hate out on the customer.

I don't think these guys get enough credit. And yes, it was all men at this establishment. They were all so extremely helpful and beyond PATIENT. I really hope they are paying these guys enough because the BS I saw them endure in the matter of 30-45 min was astounding. The utmost professional beings on the planet. I almost smacked a few Karens on their behalf.

1st time I rented from them they didn't have the car I reserved and made me pay extra for another car. Second time I rented a car I got there 30 min after pickup time and the car still wasn't cleaned..... Won't be renting from here again!

Michael, the branch manager was great and took charge of my issue. It didn't begin with him and he took ownership to help me resolve it when he saw me getting frustrated. I will definitely make this my go-to rental place. Very trustworthy and reliable!
