This McDonald's is one of the busiest during lunch time. I knew I was in for a wait, but I wasn't. I placed my order at the kiosk because I wanted to try the new Gold dipping sauce. After 5 minutes, I received my food and sat down. I don't grab a number, I feel it nuts to have someone bring me my food when the place is packed. This has flowers on the table, plugs so I could recharge my phone. My Quarter Pounder was good. Hot and fresh, but need more mustard, ketchup and onion. My fries were a little over cooked but still tasty. The nuggets were hot and the Gold dipping sauce reminded me of a honey mustard with a kick. Overall it was a typical McDonald's experience. Nothing wow, but just the same it was quick and affordable (with app discounts) and it hit the spot.

This is a review of the McDonald's Restaurant at 5360 Touhy Ave Skokie, IL 60077. It is store # 7546 Executive summary: The management of this location should be beaten with sticks. Terrible management, not clean, and no apologies for screwing over families EVERY SINGLE TUESDAY from 4pm - 7pm for their "$2.99 Happy Meal" deal. Let's start with the $2.99 deal. Every time they charge full price- you are lucky if you catch it before you pay- even then it takes a few minutes for them to fix it. Every Tuesday they screw over the person in front of me so I started telling customers around me to check the price BEFORE swiping the credit card. Manager does not like that. Honest to God- I walked in yesterday and it took 22 minutes for my food to be handed to me. They had to fix three orders before mine, two were over charged, one was a messed up condiment order. Lots of unhappy kids. Unclean. This place is DISGUSTING. Bathrooms look like the ones you would find in the developing world. Employees and especially management really don't care. I've run into Grub Hib and Uber Eats drivers waiting for orders, and each has shared with me that they almost always have a problem with orders from this location. Seriously, beat the manager in front of all of the employees and that will take care of 90% of the problems here. You know, I am going to complain to corporate now. I will suggest they visit on a Tuesday evening and observe how family after family get overcharged for their happy meals and no one at McDonalds gives a darn.

Ouch. I was hungry when in the area and ended up here. This location has kiosks that you order from. As I was dining in, it said to grab a number. However, it did not print me out a receipt. After waiting for about 5 minutes, I went up to the line at the counter. It was pure chaos. Some seniors kept searching for assistance and even went around the counter to ask for help. It took 13 minutes for my food to be ready. Upon leaving, I went to use the restroom. The one stall had urine all over the seat and the floor. Thankfully, the other one was clean.

This McDonald's is by far one of the worst. They are typically extremely busy and the service and food quality sucks. Especially during the morning rush. I usually go every morning for the same exact thing and the same woman (assuming she works only the morning shift) that gives the food at the second window is extremely rude and has 0 customer service skills. You ask for something as small as jelly with your breakfast sandwich and she gets an attitude. I will have to go out of my way but I'm definitely not going to this location again.

Absolute rude staff, very unwilling to take care of their customers. Extremely rude and as a nearby neighbor, I'd rather drive to Touhy & Kedzie to buy McDonald's than to continue to frequent this location. Absurd how rude all this staff is. Especially if they forget something in your order, they routinely NEVER apologize.

Frequently mess up orders, don't honor deals, and more expensive than the other McDonalds in the area. Very confusing to order here. Go to the next one. There's a good one at Milwaukee and Oakton, or Milwaukee and Elston.

This location claims to be open 24 hours, but the drive-thru is always closed after 2am. When they're actually open, the employees never (and I mean never) get orders right. There's always something missing, and topping requests are nearly always ignored. The drive-thru employees are rude. The owner/manager of this location needs to actually train employees.
