Just came back from a 3 week vacation destination Paris, Athens, Samos, Tinos and Santorini! Decided to use Olympia Express since this was the travel agency my parents used for many many years to and from Greece. Jimmy did a wonderful job! The hotels he chose for us at each destination were perfect! The Ferry rides from island to island which can be intimidating even for a Greek went without a hitch! Jimmy even found us a last minute hotel in Athens on a Sunday when their office is closed when we couldn't stay with relatives ....Thank you again Jimmy and Olympia Express!:) Kathy M

We just returned from a ten-day trip to Greece--our first visit there--and it was wonderful. Jimmy at Olympia Express arranged all of our transportation (air and ground), hotels, and tours, and all were excellent. All went smoothly, with highly informative tours and some of the best hotels in Europe. Every hotel was beautiful, comfortable, and clean as a whistle. Best of all, the personnel at every hotel were warm and friendly and deeply hospitable. We were always made to feel like honored guests, and we are grateful to have been treated with such graciousness. Olympia Express did a great job for us, and we already look forward to our next trip to Greece.

We used Olympia for a big family trip in 2017 and they were absolutely fantastic! The schedule/itinerary and the accommodations they set up were perfect. So of course when we were planning another trip to Greece we called them again. This time we threw in a bit of a wrinkle with a stop in Liverpool and London prior to going to Santorini and Rhodes. After setting everything up I requested a change to the middle of our itinerary. The airlines of course wanted more than a reasonable penalty to make the changes. Chris went to work to get the penalty knocked way down to an amount that I could live with. Thanks a ton Chris.

Every once in awhile your receive truly outstanding and commendable service. You feel that you can really trust the service provider and know that they will have your best interest in mind and any mishaps will be swiftly taken care of. Olympia Travel and their agent Monica B. DOES NOT fall into the truly outstanding category when it comes to service. Let's start with the only positive of this transaction, my wife and I booked a trip with a group of 26 other family and friends for a vow renewal in Punta Cana, DR. We booked through Monica and payment collection was swift and straightforward. She also heeded us to purchase travel insurance. Upon our return, Frontier Airlines cancelled our flight. We scrambled to book return travel as Frontier could not guarantee a flight until after Christmas. We booked and were set to go. A company's true colors come out when things go wrong, such as in our case. An exceptional company should provide customer exceptional customer service in situations where things do not go as planned. At the very least, you as the customer should feel that the company is working with you, rather than against you. Rather than boring you with the details regarding the refund. I'll let the objective dates do the talking. Frontier processed a refund to Apple vacations on 12/22. Monica told us that Apple would refund the money and they would refund us within 7 business days: An email from Monica sent on 12/22: "I spoke to Apple and they told me the refund would be processed within approximately 7 business days and they will send our agency a check. When received we will then issue a check to you." Between December 22nd and February 14th, our group sent several emails to Monica asking for updates regarding our refund. She constantly deferred to Apple Vacations and, in turn, Apple Vacations would state that they could not disclose information because the trip was booked through a travel agency. Ultimately, on February 14th, we received notification from Monica that Apple Vacations would refund us the money directly to our credit card. Note: Monica repeatedly told us that the refund would be processed through the travel agency. Additionally, there was a mix-up and we were refunded our tickets and another couple's tickets. We then had to send in a credit authorization form to return the additional fund. In total, it took 60 days (12/22/16 - 02/20/17) to process this refund and we had to request updates once promised deadlines were not met. To me, this is unacceptable. I was left wondering why anyone would book through a travel agent and why the profession has not gone the way of the long extinct dodo. Needless to say, my wife, our family, friends, and me will never use Olympia Express again.

I have used Olympia Express in good times and bad times.. For fun family vacations, and for last minute tickets for flights to see ailing relatives. I was fortunate that Monica helped me get on a flight to see my father that fell deathly ill. Always great service and they even provide Greek language translation document services, too.

Horrible service. I spoke with Christ six days ago and he claimed he would get back to me asap if I shot him out an email. I did....but didn't hear back from him until five days later only to tell me that his system had been "down" the whole time and that he would get back to me the next day. When he finally called he had no information, was searching as we were on the phone, and didn't even know what dates I had asked him for (I was looking in August for Greece and he was talking about June and July). So unprofessional and must not really want my business. Needless to say, I didn't bother waiting for him to finish his search.

Olympic Express is my to go agency for all my trips. Anytime I need a last minute flight or to plan a new adventure they have always done a great job! With the internet at our fingertips I still prefer to use an agent. They can usually match the price and if anything goes wrong as you are traveling you have an advocate with Olypmic Express to help you out. For example I was in Europe and I needed to extend my trip, I sent an email and they quickly responded with options (not always the case with the internet). I have recommended them to friends and they have always come thru for them time and again. Highly recommend Oplympic Express for all travel needs.
