Love this spot when I'm visiting the pool hall nearby. I almost ALWAYS order the steak tacos. Tacos here are flavorful and the sauces are great in my opinion. I've even been to other locations and they all have satisfied me. I will say the last time I came here, my taco salad order was messed up. However, things happen and I'll still come here to get my tacos. Yummy!!!

I have always loved Cilantro but now i know and found out that not every branch is the same. This branch is one of the worse ones ive been to. I was craving for tripe tacos and i like them crispy. The tripe they gave me was stale and old. My boyfriend complained and they replaced one and i chose steak. I mean its classic right what could go wrong but it was salty af! The service wasnt bad but it doesnt compensate the food quality. Not going back to this branch ever again.

Ordered mexi fries with carne asada we mixed all of the fries together looking for the meat and got nothing. Called same night to fix the issue once we got home and noticed and she told me to come in tomorrow and they will give me a new order with meat. I came in the next day and the lady at the front counter was telling me how i wanted to do it because if they give me the meat its just one taco. I told her i spoke with a woman who said id get a whole new order of fries so we threw the other ones away. She said well you got the fries so you only need the meat thats all we can give you. If you threw them away then you shoukd have just brought them back. I told her well the lady didnt say to bring them back and they were closing so I asked her why the lady then said specifically id be getting an entire new order of fries WITH meat. She said you know what im gonna have them make your order but they arent even suppose to make them for you. Its an order of fries with meat that they didnt do right in the first place the food was fine but they are stingy with salsas and lemons for your orders. So just make sure they get the order right the first time. We never come to this location due to the issues we prefer the other on north ave.

First time ordering from here ... I Have ordered at other locations prior, but this location was not up to parr. Guac was sour rancid , meat was low quality & tasted like charr but not in a good way. No salsa with my order . Not worth the $30 I spent for a taco dinner and guacamole . In my opinion .

Overall horrible service. Ladies there look like they're miserable and hate their job. I asked for cheese and sour cream on the side for the nachos since my friend and I were sharing and she's lactose intolerant. The lady said we couldn't do it on the side, it was either on it or none at all which doesn't make sense ?? After When we paid she basically threw the food & closed the window on us.

I have not gone here in a long time. They always mess up my order. However I decided to stop by since I was craving some tacos and they are the closest location given there was a snow storm starting. I ordered 3 tacos (carne asada with cilantro and onions), 1 quesadilla (chicken) and large rice water. I get home and of course my order is wrong. I did receive the quesadilla and rice water, but they included 3 tacos (1 chorizo, 1 carne asada, 1 stuffed pepper). I call the restaurant. I am a little upset and hungry. I speak to Ana (the name given to me) and I explain the situation to her in Spanish. She really needs to be trained in customer service and stated that I would have to go back to the restaurant to correct my order (understandable), however, the streets were already bad and not clean and the weather was just getting worse. She offered me a burrito, which I did not understand because that's not what I ordered. She stated that she doesn't know what to do and that the manager was not there. I told her that if I go to that location in this weather its not to correct the order anymore but just for a refund. She stated that she didn't know if that would be possible since her manager wants the costumers to come to the location to see what can be done. It is a very interesting concept. I asked her if I could go in tomorrow since I was not going to eat the tacos anyway and that way the streets can be cleaned and the weather has cleared. She stated that that would not be possible that I would have to go in today to see what can be done. She stated that she would leave my name and order for her manager to see. Honestly, I would not recommend this location to anyone in the area. I only went out of convenience but it seems like they have not changed. Also, reading other people reviews it seems like they are always getting orders wrong and nothing is being done to better their staff for customer care. If I could give 0 stars I would. Keep the money. I will NEVER go back here again and I encourage others to do the same. Carnitas Don Alfredo Original are down the street and soooo much better. I'm sad I didn't make the additional drive to be content but lesson learned.

I placed an order on 1/11/2025, for a Belly Bowl I told her I wanted lite lettuce. I picked up my order an it didn't have any refried beans. I contacted the restaurant to inform her they had forgotten the beans and she thought I was placing an order I keep informing her I had ny order so she put another employee on the phone and I explained the situation to her and she also thought I was placing an order. I asked if I could speak to someone more fluently in English and she said the didn't have anyone and hung up on me. I called back and of course they didn't answer I waited about 10 minutes and called back to speak with a manager and she says no manager was on duty. I called today and asked for the manager and she informed me to call back after 3:00. I asked for the managers name and she told me she didn't know the managers name. HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE AND FOOD. Me and my family will NEVER patronize your establishment again.

Just now I picked up a steak burrito, burnt steak, they put green tomatoes on it. That tells me they don't care what they serve you. Don't believe the hype about this place,this is my last experience here.
