so here is how enterprise seems to operate. I went to the web address and gave all the info. When asked by Kewanna how she may assist the chat room malfunctioned. Take enough time from the customer and frustrate them enough and maybe they'll just give up? They wanted to make it appear that they would help and that they would care - but obviously not. Really a very low rated company.

All the love to this location! This location has been so helpful with facilitating my continuing rental. This morning, my payment hadn't yet posted to my car--- the limit is right on the line for the total needed for deposit and rental. No big problem. Just putting it through on Monday. I didn't expect to develop brand loyalty through our recent car troubles...I'm pleasantly surprised.

Blake Vishny needs help running this location. Stopped in earlier around 10pm for my rental reservation, as you first walk in I see a line & Blake seemed overwhelmed on the phone asking for help I try to be helpful & come back later today 8/18 for Blake to tell me he doesn't feel comfortable renting to me because state of Illinois gave me a paper Drivers License while I wait in the mail. I believe his decision was based on judgmental reasoning based on my appearance & the conclusions he made himself either way he might just be having a bad day but if so please get him some help so he can be in a better mood & service customers better or try to find a solution being the manager I believe in helping not being dismissive to get them out the door. If you hate your job just get a new one don't give poor customer service.

No David Chapman needs to go. He is rude & not professional at all n lazy . I have Statefarm n tried calling to set a pick up for a car that my Insurance told me I can get from them only to be told by him I can't do that I have to go to villa park where my truck is going to get repairs done. I've dealt with this autobody shop before n this enterprise and never had this issue. I will never go here or recommend this place as long as he is there . I made it clear to him it was best for me there n I didn't need to get picked up or dropped off still he said no . Never again ..

I took my car to CarMax for service and was told I would need to get a rental car against my better judgement I did take the rental asked to pay up front which is something I have never been asked to do before..... Okay now the problems begin I was charged 214.00 up front when my warranty company only requires me to put down a 100.00 deposit I picked up the car on 4/8 and it was returned on 4/14 but he stated it was returned on 4/15 when my receipt from CarMax says 4/14 .... so on 4/19 Enterprise tried to charge me an additional 125.37 now I'm really confused luckily my bank do not allow charges without my card present I called and spoke with Oscar and asked why he told me that my warranty company pays 40.00 a day and the car I had was a 50.00 a day really how is this my problem when my contract states 35.27 a day for rental something is definitely not correct then when I questioned the charge he told me it was for taxes ...So by my calculation my warranty company paid 280.00 I paid 214.00 up front and now you want a additional 125.37 the total for my rental was 619.37 really someone please help me understand I should be getting a refund not charged more car was not clean at all I had to wipe it down with Clorox wipes my self floors was not clean and it had a odor in it .... I will not use enterprise ever again if my car needs service I will just get a ride or a uber and that will be much cheaper that renting there dirty cars and being overcharged.. If I could give 0 star I would

I had my vehicle fixed via Carmax and was covered for a rental through my insurance. I rented the car on Tuesday and returned it to Carmax on Friday evening- leaving the key in the receptionist hand. I have done this process several times with no issues. Today however I receive a phone call from the new manager Blake saying that it is a new policy that when I return a vehicle to Carmax I need to email Enterprise because they will be charging my card for non usage of the rental over the weekend. I asked Blake if this policy was written in their contract. He initially said yes and that it is also verbalized when they give me their business card. I ensured him that I wasn't informed of this policy when getting the rental and that I would look over the contract and asked him not to charge my card. He says oh you won't find it in the contract. I explained that you can not have a verbal contract about something as serious as this and assume it was verbalized. He said he was sure I was informed and was upset that I kept interrupt him when speaking. I'm not sure why he expected me not to interrupt him when he is trying to bill me for a car that was not in my possession. he kept telling me not to interrupt him and when I saw that he was going to bill me despite the (imaginary verbal conversation not happening) I hung up and called Carmax myself. If it is an agreement with Carmax and I'm the third party and Carmax has possession of the vehicle why is Enterprise trying to charge me additional money?

SUPPLY & DEMAND "You can't always get what you want..... ....but if you try sometimes, you might find, you get what you need" - Rolling Stones, 1969 With my precious blue rebel cruiser (a shiny Mazda 6) in the shop for repairs, I was desperately seeking a rental for a week. My insurance pointed me towards Enterprise, so I found myself here in dire need of a vehicle to shuttle my fat ass from home-to-work-to-Portillos. I sauntered in around noon on a Monday and began the process of acquiring an 8-day car rental. Staff was fairly chill (perhaps too much so?) but they took care of me just fine. That is, until this happened: Them: "all we currently have available is a minivan." Me: "I'd rather use a freakin' pogo stick." A minivan?? What am I, a semi-sexy, yoga pants-wearing, mid 40's soccer mom who buys her rosé at Trader Joe's and has a kid named Ethan?!? Get real, I'm not f*cking driving that sh*t. Although, seeing as how the other option was to hitchhike my fine booty home, I took the keys to the Dodge Grand Caravan (smh) and drove that bitch for 24hrs..... ......until I returned the next day for a normal car. Upon which they gave me the keys to a midsized 4-door sedan in a similar class as my Zoom-Zoom. And guess what? It was a legit nice car!! So for the next week I'll be zipping around in a jet black 2016 Nissan Altima that's got a clean interior and exterior. This more than made up for the initial blunder.....which honestly wasn't their fault, just the laws of supply & demand at work! I'm sure the drop-off next Wednesday will go off without a hitch. It always has in the past and I don't see why next time would be any different. All in all, this Enterprise isn't a bad choice when it comes to rental vehicles. _____________________ Honestly though, did you expect me to drive that family vehicular sh*t around downtown? Pick my girl up from O'Hare in a damn minivan?? Pull that 19-person car up to the valet at Sepia in Chicago's West Loop??? You must be out yo mind.
