I don't get into specifics, food wise, when I review large chains like this. What I do talk about is service and consistency. Been coming here for years and I've never had an incorrect order and staff has always been friendly. Food is what it is.

This place is pitch black at 2:30 am when they are supposed to be open 24 hours. Total bullshit if you ask me.

Typical whopper and fries, good. That's were the good review stops. Asked for a free upgrade on my fries from the app. Showed I to them. I asked for medium, upgrade to large. I got the small. I didn't find out till I left. They were not that busy at 7:45pm Friday night. They are not worth $15 an hour.

Went here on December 23rd at 2 am. The drive thru was long. I didn't mind. My boyfriend and I were wondering what was taking so long when we saw the girl at the window giving the car in front of us her Snapchat by exchanging phones with customers... Our total came out to $23. I was confused because I had only order 2 #13 meals which are only $5 with a spicy chicken sandwich. It should not have came out this much. When I told the girl at the window, she insisted we made a mistake and actually ordered fish. I didn't even know BK sold fish and never heard of anyone ordering dish. We told her no. She proceeded to insist we ordered fish. She then shook her head and started saying we were confusing her and closed the door... she eventually came back with our chicken fries and changed the order, which was now $15. I was right; the original order price was wrong. We specified we wanted meals, not just the fries. When we told the girl, she literally rolled her eyes and grunted in annoyance and slammed the window... Proper training on customer service should be made an essential piece of training here. There was no need for this much drama over chicken fries. The girl's name is Jasmine.

Three times in a row they have not put the bbq sauce in with chicken nuggets. I am now positive they do this on purpose to save money. Especially as they fill their own little containers for bigger profits instead of using the BK bbq ones. Today they also forgot to put in a crispy chicken burger.

If I could rate it 0 stars I would. I've passed about five times after 11pm in the past month and they're closed. With today's technology it shouldn't be a problem for them to update their hours online. Ridiculous

Their dollar chicken crisp sandwich is what keeps me coming back. Their drive through is all right, never really sat down in there. The time from order to food is typically around 3 minutes and you can get ranch dipping sauce or whatever without a bat of an eyelash. I love my extra freebies. I knock it a star for the bums that are typically corner. I feel bad for these guys/'mother of six' with a folder, but begging by a Burger King when your brown paper bag hiding your booze from Joe and Frank's does not get you more sympathy from me, just makes me roll up my windows and not make eye contact. Going westbound on Archer outta here round 4p-7p can be tricky since people block the driveways.

I really don't think I need to say anything except that I was stuck in their drive-thru for over 50 minutes (not exaggerating, not joking) and didn't receive any food. 1 star is excessive. But because I'm such a nice yelper and I want you to believe that my experience was truly as horrible as I say it was, I'll elaborate. We pulled in to the drive-thru around 12 am, along with 5-6 other cars, coming from the B96 Summer Bash. Like the other cars, we were filled with a ton of hungry, cranky, sleepy pre-teens/teens. Their drive thru was broken and there was NO sign indicating, so everyone of course hopped in their line (which is impossible to exit once you enter) hoping to grab a quick bite to eat. After about 25 minutes, we get to the microphone ordering area (still no sign indicating the drive thru is out of order) and we're waiting. and waiting. and waiting. Finally, the girls in the car ahead of us scream back to us to tell us it's not working. 50 minutes later when we get to the pick-up window, we realize that everyone is placing their order there and the SINGLE EMPLOYEE they have on duty is cooking and preparing the food (and taking his sweet time doing so). Unfortunately, when we got up to the window, he didn't even open it up to apologize for our wait and say he needed a minute to clean up or take care of business...he just left his window closed and left us sitting in the car for 2 minutes before we finally said SCREW IT and drove off with NO FOOD. What a freaking nightmare! Not too often do I hope/think that my reviews will be read by management somewhere, but I seriously hope Burger King management reads this and understands what a nightmare last night was. When we drove away there were still cars wrapped around the drive-thru, entering the same fate that took us 50 minutes to escape.

Very rude old male manager . He was Rushing me at the speaker and then when I get to the window he didn't put in the order correct that I said at the speaker and I had to make another transaction because of it . Food wasn't fresh . And very unprofessional .
