Staff is really good. Food is exactly what you would expect. Parking lot is tiny, tiny. Feels like you could get three times as many people in there than you have parking spaces. Clean place. Has been around forever. It's very reliable.

Expect the typical breakfast/lunch diner fare menu in a breakfast type setting. I rated them 4 starts because they are fast and friendly. The decor is a little drab, but hungry teenagers do-not-care about decor. The tables are clean. We've been going to HB for over 20 years, never had bad service or bad food. Obviously we don't order steak from a breakfast place. Their soups are not homemade, but I wouldn't expect them to be for the price. Breakfast is delicious and good leftovers for non-teenagers who can't eat a six egg omelet.

The restaurant was not packed on a Sunday (mid-morning), yet the service was slow. We had difficulty getting our server's attention whenever we needed something; but the staff was plentiful so I'm not sure what the service delay could be attributed too. Food was decent. I ordered chop steak and it was terrible. I was not expecting it to be a burger patty, I expected it to be chopped; but I could have overlooked it if it were flavorful and juicy, which it was not.

Not bad but they need to put more cheese in their omlets, could barely see or taste any cheese. I almost went in to tell them they forgot cheese there was so little inside it. Cheese is my favorite part of an omelet especially for a $12 omelet there should be plenty of cheese

Service was great. Very kind servers. Outdated decor but we didn't mind as my wife and I love older diner style ambiance. The food was ok. Good French toast and the potato pancakes were good I do with the potato pancakes had a little more flavor and a little cruncher. I would give them another shot. We will be back.

Swung in for a light breakfast and coffee and was charged $5 to split the meal. Never mentioned while ordering. Added onto the bill at the end. Seems a bit ridiculous to pay $23 for the 2 egg breakfast and coffee. Food was good but turned off by the additional charges for a simple breakfast in an uncrowded restaurant.

It took me a long while to right this review but my horrible experience at this establishment and with the owner keeps coming into my thoughts. I came here right before the pandemic started and had a very horrible experience. I decided to treat Me and my young child to breakfast and wanted to try this place because it was one that I've never tried yet. I ordered a breakfast for us to share since my little one is too young to need their own whole plate. The pancakes were burnt blackened on top. So I asked if we could please get some pancakes that weren't so dark as I just went through some very scary pre cancer issues, a minor stroke, and other health issues and don't like taking any chances, not to mention I don't like the taste of over cooked/burnt pancakes naturally. So they brought me back another plate exactly the same as before I was still very very polite and explained it was the same and can I please just have some toast instead. The owner man then comes up to me and my child and asked what the problem was I asked if I can have toast instead because I don't like eating burnt things because I've been dealing with cancer issues and other health problems he then gets very agitated and says absolutely not! No Way! You don't have any Cancer issues! you can go lie to someone else and leave. I was in complete and total shock. I didn't say a single word. I cried after I got my little one and myself together and left the establishment. I was already feeling horrible because being a single mother with lots of major health issues is soo very hard and scary as it is and to suffer silently with really bad physical symptoms and neurological issues and this man was one of the meanest most ignorant most unempathetic business owners I've ever met in my life. I would never recommend this place to anyone ever. Not getting a chance to leave a review earlier has been really bothering me. How could you angrily yell at a costumer even more so with a little child sitting there also, calling them a liar and telling them to leave because I asked for toast instead of the pancakes????? Why would someone lie about having Cancer??? That would be soo very weird to lie about???? What is wrong with this guy??? Never felt soo bad leaving a business ever.... :(

I love this place. It's a great neighborhood place for a quick, good breakfast or lunch at a good price. The staff is friendly and familiar, and I really would like to eat there more often.... I just wish they'd follow the health department's vaccine mandate and check for vaccine cards- it would make me feel a lot better about coming back. For now, I'll wait to go back until I know they're following all the health codes.

I was running errands this morning and remembered reading reviews here on Yelp about the friendly service and tasty food at Honey Bee so I decided to stop by for breakfast. The reviews are true, I received great service and the food and prices were very tasty and reasonable. What the reviews don't tell you is that they don't enforce any type of mask policy and the manager who rings up your order and takes you to your table is maskless. I didn't know Fox News operated a local restaurant but this will be my last visit here.

So sorry to say... we loved honey bee . Recently went there. Cold weak coffee . Pigs in a blanket very dry, no matter how much ( fake ) maple syrup I put on and had no real maple syrup. No cream for coffee. Only half and half . Real cream makes a difference -- ( only if you have good coffee ) They tout taxes already added to price !! I ordered pigs / blanket ( 10.00 ) and 3 eggs (6.00 ) . on the menu. Bill came to 19.00 ? I left with 4.00 tip ( service and staff were great ) . probably not a good 23.00 breakfast.
