I definitely am a fair consumer since I work in FOOD service myself! The young  man taking my order DEFINITELY was so busy rushing me there was an immediate total given, before  I was even complete. Also, I ordered a 50 piece another meal a dessert and a drink, so you would imagine my hands were quite full walking out. He did not mention that the flavors would be mixed together on my chicken. I was given 4 ranch for 50 wings and 3 tenders. I arrive home with a family of 5 ready to chow down, Imagine my disappointment to find that the sauces were mixed together! Now some people may like their chicken like that, but my family does not! I IMMEDIATELY called when I opened the chicken and was greeted by one man who transferred to another , but first told me management wasn’t available. Then, the young man said ma’am we have cameras that are constantly recording you never said half and half. He proceeded to say ma’am I’m sorry your chicken is not correct but I can’t do anything because you didn’t check it before you left! How was I gonna check with no hands and 6 items and a drink! I DEFINITELY WAS KIND AND POLITE WHEN I CALLED AND WAS MET WITH NASTINESS AND RUDENESS! I never asked for my money back which I should have since they blatantly chose my meal for me, all I asked for was the replacement of my chicken the way it was ordered! FURTHERMORE, when I was ordering I asked for all drums and said I would pay extra for the inconvenience and was told no because they didn’t have 50 drums to sell me. He then stated he told me the sauces would be mixed, WHICH IS A FLAT OUT LIE! I would have told him then, not to do it! I will DEFINITELY BE CALLING BACK IN THE MORNING to see if cooler heads can prevail, but my first opinion of this place is DON’T RETURN BECAUSE THEY CHOOSE WHAT THEY WANT YOU TO EAT, IF ITS  NOT CORRECT, o well it’s your problem we already have your money.
I just spent 70$ in this establishment which is not a Cheap meal, you would think I could at least order what I would like to have and not have it chosen for me! Hopefully management will see this review and make it right, and change my impression of this IMMENSE FAILURE! DO NOT EAT HERE IF YOU LIKE TO CHOOSE HOW YOU WANT YOUR FOOD, or WOULD LIKE COMMON COURTESY SINCE YOU ARE THE PATRON IF THE ESTABLISHMENT! I was number 211, still have my receipt, and remembered this when I called, the young man still basically told me, o well it’s my problem!

Best food on the parkway if you ask me! If they ask you to pull down just know your food with be hot and fresh! I like to get the lemon pepper mild and catfish . Everything is always seasoned. However the soda fountain drink always seems a little flat. Also the lemon pepper mild wings has a little sweetness to it. Everyone is friendly.

THIS LOCATION SHOULD BE CONDEMNED!!! I would give no stars if I could. The Health Dept needs to pay them another visit. I ordered a 10 piece meal and only 3 of the wings were freshly cooked. They delayed the order as if it was cooking but put old chicken mixed in with the freshly cooked pieces. Watch out for this Please. Also, my fries had an old and mold taste. JUST AWFUL!!!

I’m undecided if I wanna go there again. Not the most sanitary place - there was pile of trash next to the counter wall, the kitchen didn’t look clean, everything looked sloppy. Since I was already there, I decided to order just wings (garlic parmesan and lemon pepper). I didn’t have any expectations.
But surprisingly, the wings were good. The seasoning was on the spot. Loved it. So, I am not sure if I wanna go again- the sanitation says no, the wings says yes. 🤷‍♂️

Btw - they charge extra if you use credit card.

Their salad is fresh. The cheese steak and wings are good. But I got one problem.they ain't got no purple drink. Nary a grapico in there. And how you supposed to run a successful wing shop without no grape drink?
