A pretty standard location for the national pizza buffet chain. The pizza isn't high quality, but it's not bad, and for less than the price of a small pie at most other places, you get all you can eat.

Went for dinner on a Monday night. They weren't that busy, but it wasn't empty, either. Understaffed, but the employees that were there were doing their best to keep the buffet stocked, and we never had to wait that long for new pizzas. The dessert offerings were the best, especially the cinnamon rolls and apple cinnamon dessert pizza!

The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed throughout our meal.

But what really impressed me was the urgency to put out fresh pizza. Jordan was constantly monitoring the buffet, ensuring that hot, fresh pizza and desserts were coming out regularly. It's clear that they're committed to serving the best quality food possible.

I ordered online about 9:20 pm. Understandably they closed at 10. I got there to get my food around 9:35 pm. One of my pizzas they put out in the line so I had to sit and wait for my order. I ordered 2 medium pizzas, an order of 12 pepperoni poppers, an order of 10 barbecue wings, and an order of cinnamon rolls. I waited about 20 minutes to get my order. I had quite a few boxes so I assumed I had everything. They were open the latest so I went there as the one closest to me closed at 9:45 and I wouldn’t have made it in time which lets you know I stay across town. I got home and realized my pepperoni poppers were missing. I immediately called the store and got no answer which I figured as they should have been closed by then. I called them first thing when they opened today and a young man answered the phone. I let him know my issue and he stated he would get a manager. He stepped away from the phone and I heard him talking to a woman in the back ground explaining the situation. She immediately said “WHY DIDN’T SHE CALL LAST NIGHT?” With an attitude. So when she got in the phone I immediately corrected that. I stated “I heard you ask why I didn’t call last night. I did but you guys were already closed.” She got a little tongue tied for a moment and immediately passed the phone to someone else which I assume was maybe the owner. He stated he would look for my order and call me back. He called back about 10 minutes later and said I have your order pulled up, do you have cash app so I can refund the money. I thought that was very odd as I could easily come get the poppers. His explanation made no sense though he was very respectful. He stated is to Get the stress off the managers for have to look and see if a person is telling the truth or not. And in my mind I’m like I know the facility has cameras. I waited 20 minutes because they put the pizza I ordered out on the line. You guys couldn’t double check to be sure you gave me everything? As I said I had over 5 boxes. 3 box and 2 small so I assumed I had everything. Nope the smaller box was ranch. I just think I should have been able to get my poppers or at least a refund to my actual card and not cash app. That seemed very unprofessional

Say what you want about Cici's but I think this place is amazing, they have great service that always knows what they're doing, constantly refreshing the buffet inventory and cleaning up after someone leaves. The food was amazing, the cinnamon buns are a delight and a new pizza with tater tots and bacon bits is always pleasant to eat, please try it out.

The manager and owner are both extremely rude to customers. Never going to visit again..!!!

As someone who supports local businesses, I understand dining etiquette and the importance of following rules. We were about to leave soon and felt sorry for not seeing the sign. However, the way we were treated was completely uncalled for. Basic respect should be extended to anyone who walks through your doors, whether they make a purchase or not. Instead of addressing the situation with common courtesy, we were met with rude behavior. I hope this feedback helps improve your customer service in the future.
