So I ordered through the online menu only to arrive 20 minutes later to be told that what I ordered was not ready and I had to come inside and then when I got inside and was told them what I ordered they told me they don't make it but till 2:00 p.m. and they couldn't give me a refund but they could give me the breadsticks I ordered and a pizza and as you can see the breadsticks look like they've been there since 7:00 this morning , drying and hardening to a brick like consistency. And the pizza was not much better I only happen to have the breadsticks to take a picture of because I was going to try and replace some brick on my house 🧐

I am very impressed with the improvement at this particular location the food is absolutely better and I can tell by the employees that work is being done. Good job Little Caesars. Keep up the great work.

Usually go here and get a pizza i typically wait 15 minutes before i bother the employees about waiting to long but today i order ONE PIZZA at 12:18 never received my pizza nor did the cashier ask where my order was she simply took my receipt said it should be out in a second and proceeded to just do nothing i finally asked for a refund at 12:53 which was a generous amount of time to stay and wait considering i ordered at 12:18 and still never received my pizza.i guess the cashier put the order in incorrectly but still she never tried to fix the mistake horrible customer service and slow on getting the pizza out.

Really rude and unpleasant staff - the door was locked with no sign on the door to indicate dine in was unavailable and the lady at the window was hostile at best. They don't offer Hot N Ready here either which you have no way of knowing without having to interact with the aforementioned hostile at best lady at the window. All around unpleasant experience and I will never try to get to get food here again because customers are nothing but an inconvenience to these people.

I was extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this Little Caesars. First, I could hear employees arguing in the back, which didn't create a welcoming atmosphere. The music playing was completely inappropriate for a business setting, filled with cursing and sexual lyrics—totally unprofessional!

To make matters worse, I ordered Crazy Puffs only to be told they were out of stock. Yet, I saw them serving Crazy Puffs with other orders! When I asked about it, I was told they were only for phone orders. This kind of service is unacceptable. Overall, my experience was frustrating, and I won’t be returning.
