We met some friends here as they said this location wasn’t as busy as the Hoover location. I ordered the supreme pizza and my wife half garden salad. Both were very good. We will be back at one of the Birmingham locations to try other items from their menu.

Terribly slow curbside service.  I sat 10 minutes looking through the front windows at orders sitting getting cold, only to find out later it was my food.  When I arrived home I found my pasta side dish to be less than half full and the overpriced mac n cheese to be about 2/3 full.  They request ac20% tip just to have someone walk the bag to your car and charge 3% extra just to place an order through their website.  This has been my experience for the past 4-5 visits.  This was once a decent source of basic quick sandwiches and other mediocre and quick food.  Criticism and feedback is ignored.  This was my last visit.

I placed an online order for the Salmon Caesar Salad with no croutons. When I went to pick it, they had added croutons which wasn't a big deal. When I got home and opened up the wrapped salmon, I noticed that the inside was still VERY RAW. I have eaten at other locations before and never had this issue.

Half Salad was drenched in dressing. Sent it back only to receive another salad drenched in dressing. It’s almost as if they are using the same amount of dressing for a half and whole salad.
