Really great people. Highly recommend if you want to zip around Juneau. Mario was super helpful and really awesome in booking my ride. Went totally above and beyond for this dude from Texas up with the family on a cruise.

They have two locations: one by the cruise docks (rentals) and one by the bridge to Douglas (everything else). This is the rentals location. Make sure you go to the right location (they're within walking distance) as their operating hours differ! I rented a bike as an independent traveler for some easy 40 mile rides just to see the sights. Price for renting was fair in my opinion. Check in and check out was a simple process. The bikes aren't super fancy but they do the job. The one I got wasn't in great shape (indexing on the rear derailleur was pretty off) but it wasn't the worst either. The employee at the rental joint was friendly and helpful but maybe not the most competent. This shop has a monopoly in town so you get what you get. That said, overall I was happy with my experience and I'd definitely rent here again if I came back to Juneau, just be prepared for what you may encounter.
