The dirtiest restaurant I've ever been in! I've never been to a Chipotle before but my son wanted to go for lunch and I was appalled that every single table was covered in food crumbs as well as the floor. The trashes were overflowing as well. The service was mediocre and the tacos I had were average. My son's burrito was huge and he liked it (the reason we went). I would not go to this location again and at this point I feel like the health department needs to make a visit! If the main area looks like this I dread knowing what the kitchen area looks like and the food was lukewarm.

I had the worst experience of my life and paid about 25 dollars for one meal. I made an online order for a beef barbacoa bowl with white rice pinto beans cheese sour cream and fresh tomato salsa. Upon getting home I opened the bag and found rice with cheese sour cream and salsa on it. Tell me how they forgot the beans and meat. I tried to call to get my meal fixed and was referred to texting an automated line. I was supposedly given a credit in my chipotle wallet. I have no idea where to find that and am still without dinner. It was a terrible experience and absolutely no customer service.

Shawnee Mission Chipotle provides great customer service. They are not stingy on their portions and when i order take-out, the order is ready when I arrive. As with any Chipotle, the good is fresh and tasty. I noticed many negative reviews which seem to be within the Covid period and laziness of people not wanting to work. Please revisit and provide an updated review.

they only let me pick 2 sides, and they didn't even let me choose! i purchased a kids meal and they did not give me a choice of chips they just gave me an orange! i felt insulted.

Worst company ever. The food is inconsistent, overpriced and just bad customer service. The place is always trashed too. The workers act like it's a problem you're there.

The staff on May 24th, around 6-7 in the evening, have no customer service. The cashier that evening came off rude. He insisted that I HAD to tell him what code I was scanning, which makes no sense. The computer should already tell him what I am scanning. He then accused me of scanning two codes without telling him. I corrected him by telling him I only scanned one code (which he helped me scanned). Thankfully a competent co-worker of his stepped in to help. That is the only reason why I am giving a one star.

I ONLY gave Chipotle a 1 star because I had to do 1 star- they deserve 0 stars!! The burrito bowl that my daughter ordered, they barely put any rice in. I ordered Queso and large chips, the chips had been sitting out all day! The chips were stale! This is the second time they have done this poorly!! This Chipotle is better off closing down!
