Known for its affordability, this establishment offers basic accommodations and amenities, but many visitors have reported issues with cleanliness and maintenance. Established as part of the Wyndham chain, Days Inn aims to provide a comfortable stay for travelers. However, the hotel's reputation has been marred by numerous complaints regarding room conditions and customer service. I have stayed at many Days Inn and this is the worst. The room smelled bad (maybe smokers), there was a piece of furniture that should have been thrown out, could only get to one channel on TV and sheets didn't smell the cleanest. Not sure who owns this place but they need to stay a night here to see what they are serving their clients.

In fairness, I think this place is in transition, with new managers. But it still is a disaster. I booked two rooms, one for me and one for my daughter. The tab was well over $200, but I expected the standards of the Windham chain. Here's what we got: 1. The noise of loud talking and "music" during much of the night. 2. inoperative locks on my room and many others. (You had either leave your room unlocked or get someone from the front desk to walk with you to your room to open the door). 3. The odor of cigarette smoke throughout much of the building. 4. A refrigerator that froze my milk and food solid, thereby ruining part of it. 5. No breakfast---when we asked we were told that health authorities had not yet approved them for breakfast (they could have told this before we overpaid!). 6. The odor of mildew in the first room they gave me. 7. Broken TV in my daughter's room. Had enough?

Horrible stay. Horrible receptionist. Disgusting room. Hot tub is boarded over, pool is ice cold & reeks of chemicals. 2 towel limit NO MATTER HOW MANT GUESTS. WORST HOTEL EVER. They refuse to give refunds. The floor was physically dirty in our room. Crumbs in the bed. Public hair in the bath tub. No spare toilet paper with only a nearly empty roll provided. Stains on everything. No hot water from the tub or sink, not even warm for hand washing. Absolutely disgusting. RUN AWAY SCREAMING TO THE NEXT HOTEL!! You'll regret any time spent on this property, especially from the receptionist. This hotel is falsely advertising itself as better than it is. Do a walk around through the hotel before paying, I bet you'll walk RIGHT back to your vehicle. I wouldn't pat $10 to park in the lot overnight let alone go inside this disgusting hotel ever again.

bed bugs!!! 0/5 star!! stay clear.!! i showed the owner and he smashed it with his fingers and still would not give me a refund!! horrible customer service. rooms/hallways/outside/pool all very dirty. towels stained. does not look like pictures. could not believe the owner still would not approve my refund. it was 330 am when i got bit (within hour after laying down). took a picture of the bite mark/welt on me, the bed bug and showed the owner the bug. i ended up having to sleep in my car that night, out $140 and possibility of bringing bed bugs home!! worse hotel experience ever!!

I see a bunch of reviews complaining that the rooms smelled like smoke. Now this is where it gets crazy. Our room smelled like smoke too. My lady friend sometimes has breathing issues with that. Now this is where it gets really crazy. I went to the front desk and told him the room smelled like smoke. Ready for your mind to be blown? He gave me a new room. Seriously what are you people complaining about? If your room smells like smoke and you have a problem with that, ask for a new room. What my baby wants my baby gets.

I wish I would have read the reviews for this place before I stayed here. The staff was incredibly rude and there were bed bugs. What a disgusting hellhole. I would rather sleep outside on the streets than stay here again. STAY AWAY AT ALL COSTS!

Dirty rooms, smelled in the halls, bathroom was dirty, had hair in the bath towels, tv only worked part time, holes in the walls ceiling and doors. Wanted a non smoking room and got a smoking room and they didn't have any left when we got there. Cigarette burns in the sink, comforter and chair. Bottom line, disgusting! Checked for bed bugs but didn't find any thank god!

If I could give zero stars, I would. Even for the price, this place was a disaster. Staff was not friendly or helpful whatsoever. Not even the master key would work on our room, so we had to be let in with a regular key (and even that took five minutes to get the door open). When we finally got in, the AC was not turned on so it was 88 degrees in our room. We booked ahead, so it's not like we showed up unexpected! The nonsmoking room reeked of smoke and there were cigarette holes all over the bathroom. It looked like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. Sticky carpet and loose tiles in the bathroom. The pool was more hazy than any pool I've ever seen and smelled awful too. Wyndham should be embarrassed to have their name associated with this location.

I've stayed there repeatedly. Pricing is always wrong after on my credit card. It has always been clean, the rooms don't smell like smoke. Saturday May 7th I stayed long enough for breakfast. That was a joke. Had to call the desk from my room. Their idea of breakfast was an individual trail mix pack & a granola bar. I understand it's not a continental breakfast but wow!! Coffee was terrible. Juice machine wasn't turned on. Pool wasn't open, hot tub not open either. Half the reason I stayed there this particular time was not available to use. Not impressed. $60 room on a Friday night. Not a big loss.

Dave at the front desk was super nice and accommodating. Could be a nicer place for the price, but I appreciate good customer service
