Jacob and his team are amazing! Outstanding customer service and communication, clean vehicles, clean facility...and they bend over backwards to accommodate their customers. I've rented a fair amount of vehicles over the years, and none of those experiences even compare. I'll never rent elsewhere again!

I rented a car for my birthday the car was nice, however it was not as clean as I expected. Weeks after I am home I began to receive emails about unpaid tolls. I called customer service 10-3 @ 245pm and spoke with a really rude lady, she advised me that enterprise does not ask if there customers will be traveling out of town. I asked to speak to a manager and she said ( that is fine they will tell you the same thing) snickered and transferred me. I then spoke to Cory and he said he doesn't work in the office and he is in Arizona. I asked how I could get the other agents name he told me he could not help but would report to the Quality Team. I called back to Topeka downtown store and talked to Ella she apologized no one offered me a tag or the plan. She said I could talk to the Toll people and they would square it away. I spoke to Bruce and he said he can not and he does not know why they tell people that. I am upset because the adults that were in the car all have K-Tag. They should always offer this service to all customers. The fact that no one is willing to help me or be compassionate is why I had to speak out. If you rent from these ppl please ask for the K-Tag $50 waisted

Everyone was very nice and helpful, I was picked up by a very nice gentleman who picked me up and took me to Enterprise to get a rental car. The car I got was very nice and then when my vehicle was ready a very nice lady picked me up and took me to pick up my car when it was ready

If I could select zero or negative stars, I would. We booked a vehicle for a family vacation 4 months in advance. Leading up to the date of rental, we were contacted to confirm. We returned the call to the number provided and confirmed. When we arrived to pick up the rental, we were informed that it was not available. Because we did not speak with someone at their office (although the number provided was the National number), we did not follow their procedure and a vehicle was unavailable. As we attempted to find alternative solutions, we were informed there was nothing that could be done. We asked how we could have known about this internal procedure as nothing in the reservation process, confirmation email, or on their website indicated this requirement. We were met with blank stares. Do yourself a favor and rent from anywhere else. The lack of problem solving, communication, and customer service is some of the worst I've ever experienced.

My mom and I got standard and were out of state about 5 hours away. When trying to get a rental car, the payment arrangements were inconvenient for people who travel with only debit cards or cash. They only accept credit cards for one ways, but then they said in state DLs were able to take debit cards (which made no sense). Then we asked to make payment arrangements with my grandma over the phone and they said that the credit card has to match up with the name and has to be in physical possession . Luckily we had an amazing worker (Jacob) who was very kind and considerate of our situation.

It was the most awful rental experience I have ever had. I was given a car with no spare and told road side assistance would be available. I got a flat tire at 445 p.m., and when I called the provided number, it would not go through. I called the branch I got the car from and was given a new number, which got me to a person who told me I had to be transported an hour in the wrong direction. The only branch that would be open was at the airport. I told them that was not a good option because it puts me three hours from home. They didn't really care about that at all. The person on the phone basically lied to me and said I could go with a tow truck to the Firestone and have tire repaired. When I arrived at the Firestone basically an hour after I got the flat. I was told they couldn't do a fifteen minute job until the next day, and that they were very clear about that with the enterprise rep who called them. The reason was they had 4 cars they had to finish. I counted six people in the branch, at least. So I called back the number I was given. I got an individual who is in need of some speech training because I could not understand most of what he said. I tried politely to tell him that I could not understand him several times. He was more concerned with me giving him clear yes and no answers to questions like, "Am i in a safe place." And "is this a good number to call you back." After about 7 times telling him i couldn't understand him, i asked for a supervisor. He transferred me to a number that rang and then went to a voicemail box that had not been set up. Then i was hung up on. So i called back again. I got a different person and was then again told I had to go to the airport. Furious and out of other options, I accepted an Uber to the airport. Where I was another hour of time burnt. I was dropped in a dark underground garage where I had to walk across the lot carrying three bags by myself into an airport. My bags are heavy and contain tools, so it was not a pleasant walk. I got into the airport and found the rental area at the top of the stairs. All the places were open except for enterprise. I again called back the number and was told Uber took me the wrong place. After which, I asked where they got the address they took me to? Enterprise entered that address. I stated such, and then I was told they took me the right place. I responded with, but your store is dark, and no one is here. At this point, I was so furiously angry that I told the person on the phone that I expect you to book me an Uber home, and I would rent a car elsewhere on my own. This prompted some form of thought, and I was then told I could go to any of the rental places because they are all affiliated. I'm not sure why that wasn't utilized earlier. But I went to national, and they had me worked out in 5 to 8 minutes. Absolutely ridiculous that enterprise can't deal with their own problems and has to rely on other more professional companies to take care of their customers.

Made a reservation for a car while my car was in the shop, ordered an Uber to get there. Upon arrival was informed no cars were available. Had to order another Uber to get to Hertz, who's customer service was excellent.

Make sure you have a credit card. Enterprise is inflexible and loves their policy more than their customers. Last week, I drove a fire engine, with my firefighter son, from L.A. to get home for a funeral. Enterprise made no mention of any restrictions when I reserved a car. Upon arrival, in a fire engine, headed to a funeral, they told me my card had expired 2 days earlier. Okay. No sweat, the new card is at my house, I told them. I've been gone for over a month fighting fire. I'll get my wife to send a front and back photo and we will run it that way. No. Corporate policy, we need the physical card. Okay, how about my debit cards, plenty of cash? No. Corporate policy, no debit cards. Okay. I'll bring you cash, plus a deposit if necessary. Nope. Corporate policy. So there I was. The engine is returning to base, I need to get to St. Louis. Enterprise is a St. Louis company. I've rented many, many times from them, business and private. So many trucks on federal fires are from Enterprise rentals. So many. No. We will not help you out. The manager flat refused to ask his boss. Corporate policy, no need to ask. I will not rent to you. Okay, I'm worried, I'm frustrated, I had been driving for days. I called Hertz in Topeka. I explained my situation. Come right over, we will have a car waiting. I left Hertz in under 10 minutes. They didn't act like they were doing me some huge favor at Hertz. They grasped the situation, saw that I had plenty of ID and decided to take pity on this frustrated guy, who smells like burning sage brush, and get him home for his father's funeral. Thanks Hertz for your kindness and willingness to look beyond "Corporate Policy". Enterprise has lost my business and I am very disappointed in them. Rules are rules, but somehow, Hertz got me home despite rules and with sensitivity. Enterprise looked at me like I was asking for them to do the impossible. Completely cold, completely inflexible. Bye, bye Enterprise. Thank you again HERTZ!

I showed up here at the time they told me and was informed they did not have a car for me. I have a reservation but apparently other people reservation are more important than mine . Of course these imaginary people did not arrive at any point while I was there waiting to get my ride back home, avoid! I would give them negative zero star if I could
