Do I love Whataburger? Yes. Do I eat at this Whataburger? Yes, again. Is it the best Whataburger I've had? Not by a long shot. There is definitely room to grow for Whataburger in Topeka. If the service continues to speed up, keep the food hot, and keep it clean, I think they can get more love. Again, I love me some Whataburger so I will be coming back for more!

I went to Texas for a few years to spend time with the grandkids. But they discovered boys, girls. and cars and I did not see them much anymore. But while I was down there I quickly became a fan of the Whataburger chain. I was worried when the chain was purchased but I never saw anything change. I was really happy to find that Topeka had gotten one and I quickly went to check it out. It was like being in Texas. Same great food, clean, staff was helpful. Take your pick of their offerings. You will enjoy it.

It's a burger joint. Shakes are really good. It's new to the Topeka area so we will see how it does after the newness dies off

I got the jalapeno burger meal. It was fresh. My only complaint is I need to ask for extra mustard next time. I like salty fries and was pleased with the amount some might think they were too salty. Of course their sweet teas is southern sweet . They had plenty of staff for the lunch rush and I had my meal within 5 minutes or less delivered to my table. You need to try the spicy ketchup for sure. The facility is new and typical fast food seating but again they have been opened for close to a month and still looks like new.

Very broke very poorly financed establishment. Not only that I pay $45 for two meals OK cool, but they don't provide you with any sauces with the meals. You have to pay $.75 per sauce. Remind you the sauce packets are very small. Very similar to the McDonald sauces. The fact that they don't provide you sauces with your meal is crazy. I know that's probably sounds outlandish to some however, when you order a meal, it should come with the sauces with it. It's a very poorly financed established to have to charge $.75 per sauce. The most I have ever seen was $.25. I will definitely not be back in my service will be elsewhere. I will be sure to spread the word around to let everybody know how ridiculous their charges and prices are.

The service was slow as any other business, so sad on that. The food was ok, but smelled great. Definitely need to work on their own brand and not take from other's. Would come back to try again, but not wanting to. Place will stay open cause people waste money on trash all the time.

Very slow service. Do not recommend coming if you're in a hurry but I guess that's the norm for "fast food". I've been twice and both times the food was cold. The third time I went I was given the wrong food and by the time I got to work and called them about it (I stated that I wasn't able to come back due to me being at work already) and is response was "really? You can't come back? You were just here" and started laughing over the phone. Never once did he ask if I wanted a refund or anything. I was not able to eat the food that was given to me because I'm allergic to avocado. This business is slowing getting worse just like the rest of them in Topeka. The place just opened and it needs a lot of improvement.

They say they don't cook a burger until it's ordered. That was the oldest, driest "fresh" burger I have ever had. I get better burgers at Casey's gas station. I mention to the person taking the order I had never been at one before and I asked for suggestions. Nothing. I am sure I will give them 1 more try. I almost forgot to mention that there was a lot of water on the floor and the employee walking through it did nothing to fix it while I was there.
