The bowling was great and the staff was friendly. The bar had a long line with only one person working it and the arcade needed some cleaning but other than that overall good experience .

The bowling wasn't terrible but the food was sub par and the drinks are a joke. We ordered mixed drinks and while it looks like they are putting actual liquor into them, they're not. After numerous drinks we noticed there was no typical alcohol affects. We even blew into a breathalyzer and it blew 0.00 multiple times! Do not get their drinks, they will waste your money! They also change their mind on what you can get with the bracelet for unlimited drinks. Service is ridiculously slow!!!!

Pizza was below average. crust like cardboard. there were raunchy music videos (with physical grinding, making out and heavy petting) playing on every other projector screen, that were located above the pins. When we informed the manager that we had little kids, and asked her to change it, her attitude when saying "you can't tell me what to do!" was less than desirable. Then they tried to charge an $80 event fee because we ordered a sampler platter and two pizzas (there were 7 adults and 5 kids), which was never conveyed when we reserved two lanes for two hours. Suffice it to say, I'll never be going back.

As someone that has lived and bowled in this town for over 50 years, bowlero is one of the worst things to happen to bowling in this town. They are a greedy corporation with horrible customer service. Money is the only thing they care about not the sport itself. Avoid at all cost. Not even worthy of the 1 star I'm forced to give them

My experience here was great! Bowling was fun, and the customer service was awesome. The bathroom on the other hand; that was a whole different story. It smelled awful in there. It smelled like stinky vagina mixed with air freshener trying to cover it up, plus a porta-potty. As well, 75% of the toilets had urine in them before I could use them! I would recommend this establishment as a date, but urinate before hand! You do NOT want to go in there.

Overpriced, awful service, they treat their staff terribly. The food is good but definitely way over priced. The bowling & show rentals are also insanely over priced. If you go here or any other Bowlero location in Wichita more than 5-10 times per year I'd be buying your own bowling shoes for sure.
