This truly was a 5-star experience. Every interaction I had at this location was respectful, professional and incredibly helpful. I spoke with 3 different workers while I was there & they all were great...but I want to specifically call out Bryce B. From the start, he was informative, kind, thorough & incredibly knowledgeable. I've rented from many different Enterprise locations, but this was another level. I'll definitely be coming back. You have some rockstars here, enterprise!

Ridiculous. made reservation through Costco Travel 5/28 - a month ago! Got a phone message that they are out of cars so no car is available for me to pick up 6/26, and I should call other locations to locate a car! Since when is it MY responsibility to make sure a car is a available when I come to pick up? A coworker reminded me this situation is immortalized in a classic Seinfeld episode It would appear ANYONE can take a reservation. The more important job is to HOLD the reservation. Lucky for me I did call another location and that location will get my business and referrals from now on.

I reserved a car over 3 weeks ago on my insurance app. I reserved a VW jetta, and what they had was a full size truck. I absolutely didn't want a large vehicle and the best they could do was a sport suv. They had plenty of excuses as to why they didn't have any car close to my reserved choice, even with that much notice. They did not have, however, any apologies or compensation for there shortcomings. I will tell the body shop and my insurance agent about how I was treated as well.

Manager was completely unprofessional and instead of answering a simple question regarding inventory tried to tell me that enterprise didn't want to work with me because I didn't want to hear him basically belittle me and trash talk. Absolutely terrible experience. No help at all!

Had a rental from them was in the hospital communicated with them about what was going on told them that they can come pick it up because I wasn't able to drop it off and they charge me saying the had to find the car in I loss Communication with them and put me on the do not rent list even though I kept in contact with manager and told them where to come get it I will never went here again and I will warn everyone about the game they played dont rent a car from here In less you no other choice

My Toyota had its catalytic converters stolen in my driveway. A simple call and we have a new VW Atlas which we love. It's been two months and no end in sight - parts on backorder. The Atlas is a super large SUV that gets 23 mpg highway after a 2,000 mile trip. Bruce

Absolutely garbage, 280 for the rental with a undisclosed deposit of 300 dollars we had no idea about till we drove 30 miles to pick it up. At least tell me you're going to try and screw me. We did not rent the car, and will not try to use them again.

Very poor service. The attendant will promise you the world and when the time comes, you have to pay for the mistakes made by them. Do not care for the customers. Only care for money. Always charge you way more than the estimate given while making the reservation. I would suggest go to other Enterprise location but please stay away from this one.

Will not rent from this Enterprise location again, may not use Enterprise at all. They tried to make me pay for two tiny dings that buffed out!!! First I reserved a car and got a huge Dodge Caravan which swayed badly when turning corners. Made mother so sick she couldn't eat dinner. When I used Enterprise in 2006, no deposit with a credit card (although desk clerks were rude). Now they want a 200 dollar deposit. I told them no mention of deposit when I reserved car online and Avis at Sears Town East no deposit unless using a debit card. They waived fee and also did pick me up. Thank you for that. Yet tried to make me buy insurance and pushed several options when Avis didn't. Finally I brought back after hours with no marks whatsoever. Next morning, got a phone call that there were "dents and scuff marks going down the back passenger door. Photos sent showed a tiny ding in the strip and a smudge on the door!!! Agent made it sound like expensive repair that I would have to pay. After they took Caravan to their repair shop, the mysterious marks buffed out!!! So why not call customer after you know it really needs repaired instead of losing a customer!?!?! Tip: Always take your own photos!!!
