MIIIIIIKKEEE!!!! hooh mike... this is the juiciest, thickest stack of meat sliced fresh and neat. These subs are more than enough to snuff you twice without feeling like a fat sloppy pig. Honestly, the meat was almost overwhelming but I powered through. I do wish they included more of the additional toppings I requested, but i could've said something as well. I just get so overwhelmed in JMS (Jersey Mikes Subs) everyone acts and talks like they know what is going on at any given moment and I am sorry I DO NOT. It is a me problem, I know. But at this age, i just get confused so easily. I didn't know I had to ASK for mayo on my sub the first time i went, i thought it was given ... and it was my mistake that cost me my pleasure. every store has just been overstimulating. so yes, the food is very delicious... ALWAYS get it MIKES way...you literally cannot eat a sub without letting MIKE get his grubby hands shove his meat in between your buns!!! I think the only think that is lacking is an additional sauce to dip it in (i've been a ride or die for the MR. John of the Jimmy spicy ranch) I could be biased, but I just love sauce. Now what I really want to talk about is the chocolate chunk cookies... oh my. I truly don't think any other cookie can top this. it's the perfect size, the dough isn't too oily, the chocolate is thick but smooth. and its not too sugary tasting either. I don't like sweets but these cookies get me as gluttonous as a fat medieval king (like with a big turkey leg and stew except its just these cookies) I probably will be back just for the cookies tbh.

Employees are rude, clueless, and could care less they are there. Pick up orders are always 15-30 minutes past when they say they'll be ready. Has been this way for a couple years now. Would recommend going to a different Jersey Mike's.

I was looking for dinner around 8 PM on a Sunday and my options were limited. I stopped into Jersey Mikes was pleasantly surprised. The staff was very nice and patient as I looked over the menu. I went with the original Italian Mike's way. It was good. I don't know if I'm a huge fan of the bread, but overall it was a good sandwich.

They make the same great product, but at this moment they're pretty disorganized. I ordered a chicken portobello cheesesteak and a Jersey shore favorite. What we got was two regular cheesesteaks. If I would have been watching them I could have stopped them, but I went to the end of the counter to pay. Who'd have thought with the store bit that busy they'd mess up a simple order of two sandwiches? We'll go back simply because we like Jersey Mikes and this new location is close to us. Next time I'll make sure they repeat the order back to me and watch to make sure im getting the correct sandwiches

I've never been to a jersey mikes that ran out of bread completely. They said they had a busy lunch rush and ran out. So for the rest of the day they just sat around getting paid to do nothing. I asked why don't they just make more bread and the lady said she didn't feel like it and the gm and the owner wouldn't find out so it doesn't matter. She just had the biggest attitude and doesn't care about taking care of customers. Who runs a business like this? Jersey mikes owners should just close them down or at least give it to a better company that knows how to run a business properly.

Very frustrated by Jersey Mike's on Maize road. My family was excited when we found out that Jersey Mike's was coming to the west side, since we really enjoyed their subs, but didn't always have time to drive to their east location. The first few times we had visited their Maize road location, everything was great. The food, customer service and cleanliness were all on point. The honeymoon was over too soon. Several of our last visits have not been the great experience as received on the east side location. To an extent, I understand running out of a few items on occasion. I don't understand disregard for the customers. Mid June, my family went to get subs before a huge rainstorm was going to hit Wichita. We pulled up on the south side, granted this was 15 minutes before closing, but we were going to grab a couple of sandwiches to go. My wife went to open the door and it was locked. We could see the staff looking out at us without approaching the door. They were in full clean up mode. I checked their hours on my phone and they still had 15 minutes to their posted closing time. I told my wife that we should go elsewhere, because the staff didn't want anyone coming in. I called the next day to speak with a manager about the night before. Right off the bat, he told me that I was wrong and they didn't close early. I went through the situation again, and he said the south door was locked because it was broken, but we could have gone through the west door. I mentioned that not one of the employees came out to tell us we could come in or even motioned to us that that was an option. He didn't have anything to say after that. I called out East to have them give my number to the district manager. I was told he would call back. Never heard from them. Tried eating there again last night (June 27th) and upon placing our order, we were told the grill was broken, so we couldn't get the cheesesteaks we tried to order. Okay, we ordered cold sandwiches instead. I got a club and as it was being made, inquired about them leaving off the bacon. After the staff member joked about not having it (he said I could have it, but it would be pink), I realized they use the grill to cook it. Okay, no big deal to have the sandwich without bacon (even though it's a main ingredient of a club sandwich). So I had a ham and turkey sandwich. I was still charged full price for a club instead of a ham/turkey sandwich. Again, not a huge deal, it was only a dollar difference. As we were eating, noticed several people walk in and turn around to leave when told they couldn't get a hot sandwich. The kicker, each person was given a coupon for a sandwich. We actually ate there, not getting what we wanted and not even getting the sandwich made correctly due to issues on their end, and a discount, etc. Wasn't even a consideration. I didn't bother talking with a manager, because I already knew the outcome. I hope they get their stuff together, because we do like their sandwiches when everything is working as it should.

Jersey mikes sandwiches are amazing in general. However this location needs some SERIOUS training. I'm sitting in a line of 20+ people out the door and they're making sandwiches one at a time. 3 workers are literally standing with their arms folded or behind their backs doing nothing. The cashier is on their phone. The other location makes sandwiches 3-4 at a time and is cranking em out. Maybe their manager can come over here and show these guys how it's done. Again this isn't a food quality issue, the location is clean, the ingredients are fresh. But the service is slloooooooooow. Get it together management.

Lately I've tried all the chain sub shops in Wichita and Jersey Mikes make the best roast beef sandwich of all. Their beef is so much more tasty and savory than the others. Also great toppings.

The customer service is problematic, and is lacking, they are rude and dismissive. I ordered for delivery and ended up having to go in there and pick up my order anyways.

Mike knows how to make a sandwich, I'll tell you. Their sandwiches are really good. I recommend getting them Mike's way. They have pepsi products unfortunately.
