Food: 5/5 The food was fresh and delicious. My spring rolls were flavorful. The pho broth did not have as deep of a flavor profile ad I would like but they had all the standard sauces to set it up to be splendid. The special spicy chicken was not that spicy but was well flavored and had a good mix of sweet and sour and General Taos flavors. Service: 4/5 The server was nice and attentive but not that consistent with checking in. They were prompt with our requests when asked though. Ambiance: 5/5 The brick veneer on the walls and the central bar with ample TV's made watching the football game easy. It was a very solid place to enjoy some warm soup on a cold day and catch the end of the football game. I would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice mix of Vietnamese flavors.

You can smell the cleanliness when you walk o to this restaurant. The people working there are very pleasant and welcoming. Actually, the cook came out of the kitchen for something to drink, and he was very pleasant as well. Because it's a Vietnamese restaurant, I wasn't sure how to articulate the dish I wanted. I described it and they pointed it out to me right away. Now about the food. It was just OK. The dish I had, Came with shrimp. The shrimp was NOT butterflied, and was NOT cleaned. The rest of the dish was ok. It came with an egg roll which was very small, but tasty. The rice noodles could have been cooked for about 3 minutes longer so I would not have felt like I was going to choke when I was swallowing them. They were a bit stiff. I believe they deserve it. Three star because it wasn't nasty. The place was clean, but I've just had better and probably will not go there again.

In traveling to Wichita, I wasn't really expecting I'd find great Asian Cuisine, and furthermore, great Vietnamese. I was wrong! Kim's was fantastic! I felt very at-home in this family-run restaurant from the moment I walked in. The smells coming from the kitchen were reminiscent of my childhood when my mom would cook her speciality dishes for hours in our home. When the food arrived, those memories were affirmed. The salad rolls were full and well-proportioned. Nowadays, many restaurants are stuffing their rolls with a disproportionate noodle and beansprout to protein ratio, but Kim's was perfectly distributed. Their dipping sauce was a little more hoisin-forward, and I typically prefer more peanut notes, but it was still delicious. The pho broth was outstanding! It was easy to tell that the cooks simmer for hours on end as the flavors were simply fantastic. The meats were all cooked well, and I walked out of the restaurant very satisfied. I don't get to Wichita much, but Kim's will certainly be on my priority list when I go back!

Updating from 3 to 5 stars. Went back this weekend, and I've decided it's easily the best bowl of pho in Wichita. The place is clean, they've got the loud blaring TVs under control, overall a great experience. Combination is the real deal. I've never tasted anything as good in my life. Wish they had beer, and wish they had tendon for the pho, but it was still phenomenal.

I got my order to go. The grilled pork bahn mi was very tasty- but the jalapeño was missing and the sandwich was extremely dry. All stars were lost on the chili wonton. They gave me 5 instead of six and it the juices it was sitting it was cold- the wontons themselves were shriveled up and hard. They were also cold and although they were sitting in chili oil they had no spice at all. I had heard great things about this place so I'm so disappointed. I even had my daughter order from them and the food was delivered piping hot. So I was sad that also the service was fast the wonton was cold and honestly it was old. They must have forgotten an order earlier that day and they decided to just serve it instead of throwing it out. Well I threw it out. This was a let down because the lady that took my order was so friendly. I won't be back- I was actually hoping to do some catering through them. I'm glad I came in and tried things out for myself before making a huge order

I had the best Bahn mi in wichita here and it was gigantic. Perfect if you're extra hungry and big enough to save for a second meal.

Food was delicious and the service was fast and efficient. I love pho and especially when my allergies are bothering me. The broth was beautiful is color and flavor. The dumplings came with this sauce that was spicy and sweet and garlicky which is right up my alley. Nice ambiance and good music!!!! I will definitely come back again and order more!!

Amazing Pho! Great on this cold and rainy day. Craving it again still and hope I can get back before we leave the area. Excellent broth. Friend with me had the vermicelli with beef and said it was the best she has had. Service was good, they were running everywhere and it was a limited staff but food came out quickly.
