One of my favorite places for starters. If they have them (they are so good they run out) enjoy a chocolate duet cookie. Anything on their menu is great, the French onion soup, salads, sandwiches oh and let's not forget that Mac and cheese. They are always busy busy busy which just means they are a popular place. I always get great service and was really pleased with the new paint and interior updates they did the last time I visited. Oh Panera, I'll be back for more!

Twice I have ordered catering from this location for morning pickup and both times it has not been ready. This morning the staff told me the order was marked for pm. Probably will not order from this location again!!

Complete waste of time. Was in the restaurant for almost 20 mins while the employees conversed about everything except work, I watched 2 employees take over 15 mins to make a single sandwich and cup of soup while standing still and talking to each other. There were literally only 3 customers in the store and I was the only one waiting for food. After 15 mins of waiting I asked for a refund and that took almost another 10 mins just to get my money back and my order still wasn't finished. Can't comment on the food cuz I never received it but the service was trash. At least the manager was friendly and offered me a pastry after my refund(which I declined). I've been to Panera bread in multiple states but this location is by far the worst I've been to thus far.

First time in this location in a while, ordered 1 cup mac&cheese, tomato soup bread bowl, tuna sandwich, chicken noodle bread bowl. total $33. Initially received 1 half salad and 1 whole salad, 1 cup tomato soup, 1 cup chicken noodle. Lucky I checked before I left, had to go back to the counter and tell them I was missing the sandwich and bread bowls. Food was so so at best, tuna was spread so thin it was hard to tell it was even there, chicken noodle soup had no flavor, mac&cheese was $6 for an 8ounce cup (are you serious?) Needless to say, I won't be back.

I was willing to move on after they forgot to put bacon on my Cobb salad, I was willing to look past the few brown bits of lettuce in that salad but finding a strand of hair in the "gluten conscious" chocolate and walnut cookie was the last straw. If anyone wants the 5. credit I was offered for the bacon mishap, it's yours! This location has no standards.

I came in yesterday And I was waiting for my food by the pick up counter for a long time. When I finally got it my food parts of my order were missing and the young gentleman in the drive thru helped me out. And he was really helpful and even offered me a pastry for the mistake. I really do like the food but it lacks in the service.

Used to enjoy this location, but today may have ended my relationship. Ordered Southwestern Chicken salad with a side order of bread and received a Chicken sandwich with a side of bread! Forgettable sandwich at best, lots of bread, little chicken! Really, a side order of dried bread with a sandwich?

This is the worst Panera Bread I've ever been too. They consistently make food incorrectly, the drive through operators do not listen to your order so you have to repeat it constantly. They are so focused on Panera Bread rewards cards vs actually servicing the customer. I complained once when my salad had lettuce, red onion, and croutons nothing else and was promised a gift card that was never sent to me. Today I ordered oatmeal and half way through discovered onions in it! Yes onions. Their food lines must be dirty if they are putting onions in the oatmeal. I will not go back.

My favorite fast food, always fresh always quick always healthy. My go to place when the other cafes sound full of saturated fat and calories. I couldn't believe how quickly we were served. The parking lot was full and it was noon. I thought we'll never get waited on but we were eating before I knew it and the food was excellent.
