This location opens at 10am I arrived about 10:10 I could not get the sandwich I wanted because they only had a about three loaves of bread left over from last night not the kind I wanted & what I wanted it would be 15 minutes before they could cut the bread that was just baked. I thought since they opened at 10am they should be ready for business. A better attitude from the man that waited on me would have been nice. My suggestion however long it takes to baked the bread & it be ready to serve then management should have someone in early enough to have it done when the first customer come in. The lady that finished my order was very nice & apologetic for me having to wait. A Happy Customer is a Repeat Customer!

Waited over 20 minutes for one sandwich. Was late getting back to work as a result. Had I not paid with my card before pulling up to the window, I would have probably driven off. When I finally pulled up to the window, they asked me twice what kind of dressing I wanted and if I wanted cheese, despite selecting none at the touchscreen a while prior. The staff was also fickle, and didn't even apologize for the ridiculous wait. I understand things get busy, but I've waited on food for a fourth of that amount of time elsewhere, and the staff managed to be apologetic for the inconvenience. I might go back to eating elsewhere for a while now

when i arrived at this place there was only one employee inside the store. So i waited 5 minutes for other employee to come back inside. I ordered a meatball sub and the guy told me he thinks the meatballs are still cold but continued to make the sub. After saying something to him he decides to check the temp and told me it would be another 10 minute wait. After waiting another 10 minutes my son wanted a cookie so i asked if that was ok since we waited so long the guy told me to talk to lady she was in charge. So i asked lady so rudely she said no so i explained to her what happened and she just looked at the microwave and walks off. I'll never return to this subway a 20 minute sub and its wasn't worth it

One person handling drive-thru and walk-ins!?! Geez. I had to wait to get a sandwich and this woman instead of taking my order she goes to brew the tea because it was out. Don't standing and waiting customers come first?!?
