Purchased gift card from Walmart this morning at approx 8am Clearly printed on card go anywhere. get anything. Entered everything required on app. When I tried to use Uber gift card 5 hrs later it said it was already used. Called customer service number to be told I can't use the gift card must use credit card. There representative said they can't refund my money used to purchase card. Uber is a scam. They stole my money. No service just took my money with Walmarts consent.

In Wichita,, they do not really want your business.. An example of this is: Not responding for short trip requests. Charging $46 for trips to the airport that are less than 2 miles away at 0600 Then, at 1000 the price drops to $11. That is "price gouging" or, penalizing a customer that needed to catch an early flight. Ignoring cancellation requests. And then charging you as much as $30 and it all goes on your credit card. When you reserve a ride days in advance. They never send you confirmation to say your put into their system. Most of the time... they never show up, or are late, and charge you anyway. They never once offered to help me with my bags in or out of "their" trunks. ***Uber is not the only one that gives this terrible service. Lyft and Taxies are terrible also.

Very disappointed in my Uber experience. This was my first Uber ride, I scheduled it several days in advance and it turned out to be a no show. On the day and time of pickup, I got notifications they would be there soon then I received a notification all drivers were busy. How can they be busy when it was scheduled days in advance.

And the first time that I used an Uber ride was when I was taking a trip and needed a ride to the airport. . I made the application for a ride and received a trip confirmation. The next day I was ready for my ride early but no one showed up not only within the timeframe expected but for 10 minutes after that. Because catching my flight was my primary goal I decided to wait no longer and drive myself to the airport. Missing this ride caused me to have to park in the long term parking garage. A ride which should have cost me $14, ended up costing me $112. I am not so upset that the driver never showed up but that no one contacted me before or after the pick up time to tell me that my ride was not coming. This experience has left me with a very negative view of Uber rides. I cannot in good faith recommend them to other people that I know nor can I respect a company with such unreliable employees. So my advice to you is if you absolutely positively need to be somewhere don't depend on Uber.

Uber SUCKS. You get a new phone number and you are screwed, cant log in to your account, and cant ca uber support unless your logged into your account. How stupid, this is a taxi service not a bank it should not be this hard to log into your damn account when you have a phone number change. Wish I xould give 0 stars!

The taxi service in Wichita has always been disgusting so I was really excited when Uber launches...until I nearly missed my plane this morning. I ordered an Uber XL for 5 a.m. and I waited, and I waited ... I had a confirmed pick-up time and I was outside with my bags ready. By 5:10 I was frantic and trying to cancel. And Uber was attempting TO CHARGE ME A CANCELLATION FEE! Angela, my driver, was still 22 minutes away! And there was, of course, no one to call. Luckily, I have a car and just drove myself to the airport and parked it there. Thanks a lot Uber.

I made a $40 order and when it arrived I had two McDoubles. I am livid!! There is no one I can call to correct this and I was charged for my full order! McDonald's told me it's not on them, that it's on Uber. I sent feedback but that does no good for the food I want and paid for right now!! ;( Terrible terrible service! And the driver told me that the shake machine was down and to tell McDonald's to give me my money back for the 4 I ordered and as I said, McDonald's said it's not on them but Uber still charged me after the fact of knowing I didn't receive them. Never again! I'll be getting with my bank because this is fraudulent. !!!!
