Wife and I in town from way out east, love old town, and this place was perfect with great beer and cocktail selections as well as some pretty good pizza. Roof top was a plus , service was excellent. Comfortable place.

Oh man, this location has some things to adjust. The Cajun Chicken Bacon Ranch Pizza wasn't very good. The was little chicken on the pizza as you can see in the photo. I'm not really a fan of their pizza crust without it being Itis style, which they don't offer at this location. It was like an unflavorful stale cracker bread. Wings were good and the size of the wings were large. The food got cold very quickly. I kinda wish they had a water station and we had to ask often for it. The waitress could only take drink orders. What was odd was she said we could order at the kiosk and we walked up there, that same waitress met us up there and took our order, like what just happened? Throughout being there, there were endless comments about how bad the ordering system was and that we had to get our own food at the counter when the text came through. Also, if you open a tab downstairs then order more upstairs, you have to close your tab on both floors as they are not connected, per our waitress. I worried about me dropping the pizza that I chose to carry the wings and had my boyfriend carry the pizza up the flight of stairs. People even stood still on the stairs as we walked up to ensure they weren't the reason why we might have dropped something. Atmosphere was fine, but there were tables remained unbused during busy times and people wanted to get a the spot saved. They have a rooftop spot that has a nice view. Probably won't be back unless someone really wants to go there.

My wife and I stopped in for a pizza over lunch last week. The pizza was delicious, the waitress checked in on us a couple of times and was very friendly, and the overall atmosphere was pretty chill. If you're looking for a great lunch pizza that easily serves two, this is a spot to give a shot.

Came here with some friends last weekend. I got the capestokey sandwich which was alright. The pasta salad was basically like drinking salad dressing. I tried to pay with a WBC giftcard and they said it wouldn't work at that location. Pretty annoying that I can't use a WBC giftcard AT A WBC???? oh well.. I won't be back

My husband and I came here tonight -it's open seating without traditional waiters, which gives it a casual vibe. The staff were pretty nice. After ordering our drinks, we waited an hour and a half for our food. My husband went downstairs to check on our order, only to find out that it hadn't been put in yet. We ended up waiting an additional 20 minutes before deciding we were going somewhere else. Despite the atmosphere and the friendliness of the workers - I can't rate this more than 1 star.

We attempted to try this one afternoon. We had our two very small dogs and were seeking a patio to kill a couple of hours. Since it was about 3pm on a nice day, the place was opened up and looked inviting. Unfortunately, we were rudely told that there were no pets allowed anywhere, including outside spaces. I gather that WBC has had some ownership changes and hope that this isn't an early indicator of where they are headed.

Delano location-Beer is typically good. Food typically good. Location is good. Note- Loud, casual ambiance. Service is always poor with stressed out staff. (Always seem under staffed...hence the stressed out staff that is working!). Last night Delano totally missed the mark! Being a Friday night & a concert downtown, they should have been prepared. Slow, poor service; cold food...soooo disappointing! Sadly, don't recommend.

Great place for lunch and we try to make it in a couple of times a month, always the west 13th. store. They make a really good pizza, and the beer is some of the best, especially the V4.

I love WBC and finally made it to see the new place. It is a great place to grab a drink with friends but the food side of it all we found kind of dumbfounding. Having to go up to a register to order your food and then go pick it up yourself was really confusing. The servers serve drinks but not the food? Why not get rid of the servers and just have the bar staff make all the drinks and make us get those too?
