Staff was friendly but hotel is falling apart. The fact that we had to pay a $5 for security was weird but hopefully worth it. This is downtown so there are a lot of homeless walking around, which made me a bit nervous with my car in the parking lot. The lights are bright however and there are cameras , not sure if they work or not though. Snack bar area had some drinks but no bottles of water just soda and energy drinks which was a bummer. Room was on the 5th floor in the corner and had no room Number on the wall , just assumed it was the right one but it was next to a storage closet so we weren't sure. Upon entering the room it was bothersome that the door had clearly been broken into for one reason or another. The mirror on the wall was crooked and there are picture hangers and holes all over the walls but no pictures. There are holes in the wall where the light fixtures are and doesn't feel very clean. The room was a nice size, but bedding looks a bit old and dingy. Hotel common areas needs to be cleaned up. Pool has cigarette butts everywhere but the pool itself was decent

This place is a dump!! Positive... I was able to check in very late, 2 bedroom and bathroom suite and the hot water temperature made me feel safe taking a shower. Opportunities... stained mattress, tub faucet coming off wall, and sink baked up into the floor for hours. Maintenance showed up 2 hours later. No solution for any of these issues. DO NOT STAY HERE!!

Trash. They stole my card info and charged me for a room that my company already paid for. The room was nasty, smelled terrible, the refrigerator cord was chewed through by rodents, and I was charged $5 for a security and services fee and denied a receipt. Then my card was charged $56.16. It might not be much, but if they do that to every customer...add it up. Will never set foot in a Wyndham establishment.

When we arrived and got out of the car, the parking lot smelled like weed. We got in and the staff were very helpful and seemed nice, but we could tell right away that the place needed repairs. It is super out dated. When we entered the room it smelled like paint, the light didn't work, the lock on our door was broken and there were stains on the bed sheets and blankets. I went in the bathroom to take a shower, and there was a blood stain on one of the towels. They only had 2 little tiny bars of soap that could maybe last 3 showers. I got out of the shower and had a hair on me that wasn't mine. The beds are super hard and the pillows suck. Very old tv, trash all over the ground, the elevator didn't work the first time we went on it, and so much more. Overall: 0/10 By far the worst hotel that I have ever stayed at and it will probably stay like that. Please never stay there.

Ceiling in the bathroom had mold. Left two 70% used toilet paper rolls, did not clean our room. Alternately, asked to at least bring toilet paper and fresh towels (twice). Forgot the toilet paper, was rude when I asked about it (guess they want me to use something else for that). Rooms are small. Hardly anything available from the sundry. No eggs of any kind for the "breakfast." WiFi doesn't work worth a darn. I would avoid.

Upon arriving to this hotel, they make you drop an addition $100 before you even get in the room as a down payment if anything happens. I would usually understand but making people pay that before hand is not the correct way to do it. Secondly the elevators were not within the service time. The elevators were extremely shaky and very aggressive when closing the doors. I looked at the inspection paper they had in the elevator and it was expired!!! Upon returning back to the hotel that night, we had to take a service elevator bc the other elevators had broke. The service elevator they put us on was also extremely shaky and you could see the gears spinning above you. Definitely does not feel safe! I booked a two bed room and received a one bed room, that room did not have any lights! There was a light switch but upon turning it upward nothing happened so I looked up and there was quite literally no lights on the ceiling! The only light was the lamps next to the bed. Their parking situation is not great, there is very limited parking. The stay was just overall not a great experience and I definitely would not recommend staying here!

Don't do it. As soon as I pulled into the parking lot, I noticed the very uneven pavement. I went inside and you could tell nothing has even updated in the past 30 years. Checked in, headed to the elevator. The pool was closed for repairs with a wet floor sign. Hopped in the elevator, tiles were missing. The elevator itself shook the entire way up. The doors opened prematurely. The ice machine (or something near it) permanently dripped. You could hear the puddle, but couldn't find it. Went inside the room. The door to the room hits the bed. The bathmat was so old and thin that you could we through it. The towels were thin. The office chair was gross. Tons of sirens. The next day when trying to check out, I noticed the button to send the elevator down was missing and wires were exposed. Also, the fire department was there and the elevator didn't work. I had to take the stairs down from the 7th to the 1st. Do. Not. Stay. Here.

I could post a lot of pictures but it's a cheap hotel so you get what you paid for. Very run downed. You can tell it's a family that's running it. I was laying in bed after checking in and my 8 year yelled "omg someone is opening the door!" I looked up as it was closing. I ran to open the door it's an Indian man apologizing, he had a vacuum with him. I don't give a crap, he didn't even knock to announce he was coming or house keeping NOTHING. I was only there for 2 nights. They picked me up but when I requested a time to leave they said no the vans broken. It doesn't work they couldn't assist. I honestly think it's because there was only 1 person at front desk and he couldn't leave desk. Upsetting but as I said. Cheap hotel, you get cheap service.

If I could give a negative number I would. I would never stay here again. The room they gave me so dirty from the walls to the sheets. I didn't want to set my bags down. I immediately asked for another room. The ac was out in the whole building, none of ice machines works, the pool looked like swamp water.. we was there for a convention and book atleast 20 rooms. They charged me and a couple other guest twice for our rooms i had to contact my bank to resolve that issue.. the guy at the desk tried to fight a female customer who asked him to take the extra charge off... very unprofessional .... very disappointing for my first visit to wichita
