I wanted to share a little nostalgia with my nephew. Instead, I shared trauma. The pizza? Tragic. Either my childhood taste buds were broken, or Chuck E. has seriously fallen off. A third of the games were out of order, a third of those didn't say they were, and nobody working seemed to care. The ticket system? A full-blown conspiracy. Everyone in line "just happened" to have 250 tickets--even my nephew who hit a jackpot. We left before prizes, which was a good call because the pizza made him sick before we even made it to the car. Run. Don't walk. Somewhere--anywhere--else.

It is a bit costly but having a kids birthday party there has advantages..they do the set up, clean up, food prep, drinks, and the kids have the games to play. However the fact they have a trampoline area in the play area but charge an additional $8 per child to play on the trampolines is WRONG!! Also they need to do a much better job keeping the bathrooms clean..note to their cleaner...under the toilet rim is part of the toilet...clean it! The child check point at the exit was not attended to either.

My son wanted to go here for his 5th birthday, so we obliged. Amazingly it wasn't insanely busy on a Saturday and all the kids had a great time. Part of their birthday package is unlimited play, which is pretty sweet. The pizza was actually really good! Every parent there mentioned so. It was a lot better than I remember as a kid. The game selection is ok. The prizes are ok. The place seemed clean. All in all, I would recommend this place to have a kids party or even to just for play for awhile.

Food is still horrible. At least before the "mom friendly" menu I could get a decent sandwich. For $9 I got a wrap and 3 fries. No wonder parents hate to come here.

Visiting a Chuck E Cheese is normally akin to going to the dentist for a root canal, but considering that it was the last weekend of my boys' Christmas break, and they both had received gift cards to this mouse house, I couldn't exactly refuse. Well, I could, but I'm a softie at times, and fairly thrifty almost all the time. I picked this location as the one available Yelp review at least outweighed my opinions of the one out on Hurstbourne, and it ended up being a couple miles closer. And as these places go, I would gauge that this one appears to be slightly cleaner and not nearly as crowded. Other pluses include that most of the games are actually in working order and the staff is friendly. Minuses are that the pizza sucks, it's overpriced and there's a giant mouse running around convincing kids that dancing to some knockoff Daft Punk song while he 'makes tickets rain' is a good thing. Something entirely wrong with that picture.

Chuck E. Cheese is definitely not what it used to be 20years ago... the food was pretty sub par which is always has been. But the inside environment was just blah... multiple games were down and there wasn't the same variety that there used to be. The play area was pretty tiny and boring. I'm only giving a 2 star review because my oldest had a lot of fun playing Skee Ball, but that's about it. I probably won't be back by choice again.

Chuck E. Cheese's is good, but I give them 2 less stars since they got rid of the tube playground. The pizza also takes forever to get to you, but it's really good

To start: I have been here for family dining and birthday parties. They do a fantastic job at birthday parties and you get quite a bit for the price you pay. Today, we went as a family outing. It is a Saturday afternoon so it was busy (which I expected). However, we found decent seats. The food there is just fine but it is pricey! I know when I go there that I will be spending quite a bit. We had an issue with one of the games today not dispensing our tickets, but it was taken care of right away and they even gave us a couple extra tickets. I love the new system for the games. They have switched from tokens to play cards. For $1.00 you can buy a wrist band to keep it safe during play. The cards are reloadable and they now have kiosks that you can use to do that and you don't have to go to the cashier every time. I will be back. 4 stars! If it wasn't so pricey - 5 stars.

This was our first big birthday event for our daughter. We were truly blessed with a server Chelsea. This young woman made the entire event as effortless as it could be for us. I have worked in catering when I was younger and I KNOW how difficult a task this can be. The food was brought out in a timely manner, she made the effort to make sure we had what we wanted and offered suggestions without being pushy. She kept our daughter and the other children happy and smiling. With that being said the all the parents responded the same way about how wonderful this party turned out. All the kids left happy and worn out. The parents all left smiling and I have received thank you's from almost all of them.
