Stopped in for Happy Hour ~ had a Margarita and the Queso with chorizo ~ the salsa and the ranch dip were good. Service was just okay not sure if my waitress was new. The queso was supposed to come with sour cream and avocado ~ she eventually brought it. The margarita was okay. Ambiance Mexican

I love Tex-Mex, and the parking lot is always full at this place so we decided to stop and try it. The restaurant is clean, open and airy, the service was fantastic! And now for the food... ***FABULOUS***. We had a taco plate and one of the specials. Margaritas were awesome, chips were light and salty. It's really a good place!

We were headed to an appointment on Veteran's on my Birthday and wifey said "Where do you want to go for your Birthday dinner"? My answer is always...ALWAYS...Chuy's. Since we've been by this location a few times it made the decision easy. From the outside to the inside, Chuy's is themed very well. It's colorful, has a shaded waiting area outside, and as you approach the building you get drawn into the experience. The inside is just as vibrant as the outside, and there's so much stuff hanging from the ceiling you wonder how it stays up. There are also multiple dining areas, and the building is much bigger inside than it looks outside. The staff is constantly in motion here, and one of the cool things they do is provide your silverware in a sealed paper bag, ensuring that is has been cleaned and sanitized. Chuy's tortilla chips are amazing...no, they're fantastic...no, they're OUTSTANDING. Thin, light, and crisp, and freshly made. I've eaten chips in (and this is not an exaggeration) hundreds of Mexican restaurants. These are THE BEST, hands down. They have a (I'm guessing) sour cream based jalapeño salsa that is out of this world delicious. I ordered the steak burrito, and I was only disappointed when I was done with it. :( It was amazing, and the steak was cooked like it was in a contest. I'd have taken a picture, but it would have meant waiting to start eating it. Chuy's is also not afraid to use spice, and the steak burrito was definitely my idea of perfectly spicy. Because Wifey mentioned that it was my birthday we got some delicious warm, fresh churros in an amazing warm caramel sauce. Chuy's doesn't play the "Let's Sing Happy Birthday to the Birthday Guest" game (thankfully), but to be honest, those churros were better than a piece of birthday cake would have been anyway. Our first visit to this location was great and since we're routinely in Clarksville, we will 100% visit again!

Service was good. Our waitress was very nice. The food was awful. Ordered a "chuychanga" (or how ever they spell it). First of all, it was NOT deep-fried. More like over-baked/over-air fried. The tortilla was so badly overcooked, it separated. When I cut into it, a flood of grease came out of it, and pooled in my plate. The beans and rice were also over-cooked. Both were dry and not edible. We go to the Louisville area a couple of times a year, and always try to find places to eat that we cannot get at home. I did not know this was a Darden owned chain before we went. If I had, I probably would have found more authentic Mex/Tex-Mex place to eat. But as I noted, the waitress was very nice. She offered to have new food brought out, but I declined, and so she had the charges removed for the bad meal.

Great time with family members; staff was great; put together tables for all 8 of us. Food was delivered promptly and fresh and tasty. Place is painted and decorated in spirited colors.

The incredible jalapeño ranch would be worth five stars just by itself. But the service is excellent and the food is good and reasonably priced. My server was very friendly, helpful, and efficient. She kept my drink full and brought extra jalapeño ranch when she saw mine was nearly empty. I ordered cheese enchiladas, and they were delicious. Rice and beans were flavorful. Servings are huge! The one suggestion I have is that they need more vegetarian options. I will definitely be stopping here again when I am in the area.

So I've been here plenty of times it's just kinda the place to go to and hang out... Always loved the hot thin layered and lightly salted free chips and jalapeno cilantro dip they have. I personally wasn't fascinated with the potato chip fried green chile chicken meal but it's probably just me. I always loved their chuychanga but they changed the insides of it to be more soupy this time around instead of cheesy which, don't get me wrong if theres good reason theres no cheese in there at least you're all tryin to compensate but I really miss my stringy cheese filling, its what literally made the chuychanga worth eating. This time around I expected more from staff, like around the week before the current one I'm posting. The woman at the desk looked like... sorry to say but it looked like she was high... I'm not entirely sure but she was just way too out of it to be doing her job and what could have taken a split second turned into 30. Our waitress was the one watching this in the corner glaring which I don't blame her and she was quick, asked us every 10 minutes if we needed anything and when we asked for a good helping of those delicious chips to go she immediately went, got some small sauce cups with lids, big paper bag of chips hot n fresh and we were on our way! I'm not sure what was going on but our waitress was awesome at least so thats good.

It had been about a year since our last visit to Chuy's and they've only gotten better. I find their menu a bit on the narrow side and their fajitas quite expensive. So, I went with the Elvis Memorial Combo and learned first hand why Elvis ballooned up to 350 pounds. Three enchiladas, packed with chicken, beef, cheese and smothered in three different sauces. Then a beef taco and a side of rice, beans, lettuce and pico. I got through half of it. My wife's veggie enchiladas were equally good. Between us, our leftovers served up another meal. Our meals were served quickly and piping hot. Service was very good. And the chips and salsa were non-stop. Well done, Chuy's

This was the most amazing location of a Chuy's I have ever had the pleasure of dining in. The service was wonderful. She was very knowledgeable of the menu. The food was so fresh and wonderful. The atmosphere was so fun. The restaurant was clean and there was plenty of staff there at the time we were there. I can't wait to go back again.
