I have been going to this CoreLife routinely since before it shut down, so around 3 years now. I have seen this store go from being a fun place to go to, with generous portions and decent prices, to being a place that feels like they are liquidating their customers. I ask for extra feta and I am charged .50 cents for two little scoops of feta for a LARGE bowl. I ask for avocado and I am charged .50 cents for avocado but then I get part of the peel in my salad. When I ask for salad on top they give me a few sprinkles of lettuce and it feels as though I have to ask twice before it starts looking like a salad. I love the food here but I might start taking my business elsewhere because of the constant tightening of portions as well as the poor customer care. I was told that "this place was closed before due to over portioning" when I know that's not true. 16$ for a salad is already pretty expensive. I can get a salad the same size if not larger at Longhorn across the street for 8-10$. This place originally closed because of staffing shortages (as I was told). There are a couple workers here that are great but for the most part, the management and ownership seem to be driving this place into the ground once again. Sad to see.

My friend and I were there when the doors opened at 11am for his retirement lunch. The helpers were all friendly, especially Ashley. The store appeared to be clean. I ordered a Large Steakhouse Bowl and my friend ordered a Large Steak Bacon Bleu. The bowls were made pretty quick and appeared to be fresh. I think we both liked what we ordered. I would probably come back again sometime, but most people I know don't want to dine here. My retiree friend likes it, was the first person to tell me about it, but neither of us had been back in years. I think it is worth a try for everyone. It is a more healthy option for dining. For my Veteran friends, they have a discount which is honorable. The 2 of us ate for under $30.

While we had some minor issues with delivery, but the food was so good, we decided to have a "dine-in" experience. We weren't disappointed! My wife went with the Spicy Ginger Steak and Rice Noodle bowl. As described, broth, tender steak cubes, kale, broccoli, carrots and scallions with ginger, cilantro and a side of sriracha. There's lots of broth in this dish, so my wife got a "to-go" container and I have no doubt she'll repurpose that extra broth into one of her amazing soups as the weather gets cooler. An absolute A+. My dish was the Spicy Thai Chicken and Rice Noodles. Also, as described, with crisp napa cabbage, sprouts, scallions, peppers, cilantro and Thai chili sauce. The noodles are cold - but that just adds to the complexity of the dish. The flavor was so delicious, I didn't even bother adding the cashew dressing. I might have saved a few calories. Another A+. The restaurant staff is friendly and fast, the dining room was clean and while a little on the noisy side; not really distracting. Eating healthy at restaurants is usually boring ... not here. Lots of choices (you'll have to convince me to try something other than my Thai chicken) ... and they even have wraps and tacos with your favorite fillings. I won't have any problems bringing the Mrs. back for a nice lunch or early dinner.

I've always been a huge fan of places that have food that come in bowls. That may seem silly to you but to me, nothing beats enjoying delicious cuisine such as poke or even soup out of a bowl. CoreLife Eatery does an excellent job of offering such an experience with their incredible selection of healthy dishes to choose from which traditionally come served in a bowl or you can have your choice of having whatever item you choose to be served in a wrap (of which the latter is not an option at the time of this review). The menu has multiple offerings from Korean BBQ Ranch to pulled pork and even tuna all come served with various ingredients such as purple rice, cilantro, cheese and an assortment of other tasty toppings. The setup is much like what you'd find at places like Qdoba and Chipotle where you wait in line, let them know what you like and what ingredients you don't want in your entree and you watch as they put your dish together. On this trip, I decided to go with my favorite meal, the BBQ Ranch Chicken, everything is put together very nicely in your bowl which you can choose from a regular sized bowl to a large bowl. The presentation of every meal served looks very professionally done which adds to the attractiveness of this restaurant. If you're expecting to find Coke or Pepsi products here, you won't find them, but instead CoreLife Eatery has a great selection of organic drinks to choose from such as Mandarin Cardamom as well as Beet Lemonade among others and all of which have various tastes to suit your palette. CoreLife Eatery also has a very casual look and vibe to it so it makes for a great place to bring anyone young and old. If you're looking for a place for some very healthy meals as well as drinks, I highly recommend stopping by CoreLife Eatery as you're bound to find something that is going to savor whatever flavor you're looking for.

I really enjoyed my Southwest salad. The chicken had good flavor & everything was fresh. The jalapeño dressing or something in the salad had a little kick but I loved it. The large was really big but worth it for a good filling dinner. Service was good and they helped answer a couple questions I had as a first time customer. (For your first visit download the app & verify the email) you will get $5 off your first purchase. I didn't realize the rice and quinoa came in the bowl which I don't always want in my salads. I just scooped most of that out. Next time I would opt out of that ingredient. Otherwise it was delicious and really No complaints. The place was spacious and bright. I will go back to try other things. Love this for a fresh healthy option.

Ordered the korean bbq warm rice bowl. Food was not warm at all and sauce appears diluted. The whole dish lacked flavor. We also ordered drinks and got the vanilla fig drink as usual which was very refreshing.

Here in town from Wisconsin for business trip! My coworker treated me to this place and right away I wanted to try the tuna fire poke bowl. It was 10/10! So fresh and flavorful. I definitely enjoyed lunch. I may want to go back again before my trip back home. A must try if you're in the area.
