This review is for the location on Hwy 131 (Lewis and Clark Parkway) in Clarksville, Indiana, near the I-65 exit. Appreciated the communication from employees informing me a vehicle pickup would be delayed by 30 minutes because they had to travel to Scottsburg to retrieve it. It ended up being an hour, but I was still grateful they called me ASAP, so I only had to sit in the waiting room for a 1/2 hour once I arrived. Employees were very friendly, polite, and professional. Because of the delay, I was given the option to wait for a gas fill-up or do it on my own. It was near empty, but I opted to take it because I was in a hurry, and I was credited with a partial tank. The vehicle was freshly washed, still wet when I was given the keys and the walk around. I chose to take a phone video of the vehicle inside and out before I drove off of the parking lot because of the rush, just in case. I noticed some small outside dings and a backseat cigarette burn on this 2024 vehicle with 40,000 miles. Overall, it was a decent loaner vehicle. Drop off was a piece of cake. Employees told me they can transport me within a 5-mile radius if I need a rental in the future, so I plan to make this my go-to place if and when I have a need.

The cars are crap, they give it to you with no gas, then charge you 20$ for 3 gallons low. This place is a joke! I'll never use them again!

WOW! The customer service at this location is amazing! Jessie and Thomas are THEE BEST! They were accommodating, super nice and very professional! I didn't catch the gentleman's name that gave me a ride back to my car but he was great as well! I really enjoyed chatting with him, he has a great personality! My rental car was fantastic and I will absolutely be back again! Ps. They have Sno-Cones here as well, ! All you have to do is ask for one! Thomas, thank you for the blue Sno-Cone! Yummy! Your guys rock!

I rented a car through insurance back in September. The process of getting and returning the rental was good, but one of the employees did not give me accurate information. I was going out of town the weekend I got the rental and wanted to get the insurance on the rental just for 3 days. I was told he would make a note of it and that the insurance would "fall off" after 3 days. Well, 5 days later I get a call saying I needed to come to get the rental looked at before the insurance coverage could be taken of. I could not go until the next day so I ended up being charged for 3 extra days of insurance that I had been told would "fall off" and I would no longer be charged. I brought up the extra charge when returning the vehicle and they said they would "look into it." But I never heard back or received any reimbursement. I eventually called back in December and was like told they had to move it to their finance department because they could no longer handle it and that I would receive a call later. Unsurprisingly, I never got a call. If you rent from here your experience will probably be fine, but make sure you question the staff when they make guarantees because clearly I was lied to.

Called ahead for pickup from body shop at 12:30 for 1pm pickup. I was told would be picked up at 1. Had to call at 1:10 and was told they would send someone now. Was picked up at 1:20 and arrived at location at 1:28. Then once paperwork was signed, had to wait further for the vehicle to finish being washed. I was standing outside ready to go and had to wait for them to spray the car down. Get in the car to leave, and the tires' air pressure light is on so had to wait to get those filled up. The inside of the vehicle is pretty nasty even with their supposed Covid deep cleaning. Finally left around 2

Rented a small economy car for a trip to Milwaukee to see my 92 year old Dad. Car was comfortable, roomy, ran great, got 45+ MPG! Best of all the sales guy was great. We talked about family. It was great to talk to a human being, The quality of their cars, the price and most of all the person to person treatment, made it a great experience. I wouldn't go anywhere else!
