Great Service and Fresh Food. I stopped into this Jimmy John's location looking for something to eat for lunch. The staff was very helpful and recommended one of their new sandwiches, which I bought with a combo. The food was fresh and tasted good, and the staff was great as well.

Just order a sandwich from this Jimmy John's ask for peppers. There's nobody else in the restaurant right now. There was one lady sitting at the table only one guy working, but no one else was there and I asked for peppers and he wouldn't reach for a jar that was up on the shelf and put peppers. He told me he didn't have time, he was four hours behind. the bread that he served was harder than a rock. I understand why people keep hiring people that don't care about their job.

Excellent service and excellent staff. Clean and friendly environment considering the current Covid-19 status. It is currently a get in and get out type restaurant. Which is what JJ is known for...."fast" food. You order, get your drink yourself and they provide the rest in a fast paced way. Great for a sandwich on the run or a quick lunch. This is the cleanest, most well run of any fast food restaurant I have been to! I got the unwich.... beautiful, ice cold lettuce wrapped around more meat than I could buy at grocery for the price. My husband got the country club. Fresh baked yummy bun. Again, sooo much inside. And all fresh. Even the tomatoes were yummy and fresh, which is unusual.

I've ordered delivery from here a couple times. It is always super fast and the order is always right. It's super convenient to place an order online. You choose a sandwich, what bread, how to cut bread, and customize. You can also put a name on each order so it makes it easy when you unpack your lunch. They have yummy jimmy chips too! Jimmy johns is consistent, you know what you are gonna get wherever you visit.

Every time I am in town Jimmy John's is a consistent staple. This location provides a clean and friendly atmosphere, ingredients are fresh and the staff are focused on making those special requests happen. Definitely on point and freaky fast even with delivery!

As much as I wanted to like my sandwich, I was unimpressed and disappointed. I've eaten at other Jimmy John's before, but this was my first time dining from this location. I used the app to order 2 sandwiches and 2 bags of chips for my husband and myself. I got the Big John with onions and extra mayo. He got the J.J.BLT. It was very odd; our bread was unusually cold...like it had just been taken out of the fridge. We both got French bread, expecting it to be somewhat crunchy and chewy, but this bread was very tough and difficult to eat because it was so cold. In addition to being almost too hard to eat, we both noticed it had a strange aftertaste, too. My husband's sandwich came with several pieces of precooked bacon that was also served cold. I dunno, we were at least expecting the bacon to have been nuked before being put on the sandwich so that it was crispy, but alas, we were wrong. I got the salt and vinegar chips, which had a great flavor and nice crunch. My husband ordered regular chips, but they gave him BBQ by mistake, which he did not eat. I thought maybe the sandwiches were poorly made because we ordered right before closing, however according to their website, their hours at this location are 11AM - 10PM; we placed our order at 7:30PM. Don't think we will make the mistake of eating here a second time, but are willing to give the store on 10th street in Jeffersonville a try.
