Overall, I'm just disappointed in Panera Bread as a company. The two stars is for the COMPANY and NOT THIS LOCATION. Not taking into account price, I'd give this location 4-stars. My reasons: Their prices are way too high for the amount of food that is given. On this visit, I ordered a salad for my mom and a pick 2 for myself. That combined order cost over $30 and I didn't even get any drinks for us. I only got water. I really want to continue eating at Panera, but over the past few years, every time I go there, I get a little sticker shock and disappointment. The food, presentation, and atmosphere of the restaurants cannot overcome that feeling.

We eat at Panera regularly, but we recently relocated and this is the closest Panera. We won't be in a hurry to go back, we waited 25 minutes for an eat-in order. Eventually we got our food, my salad was not what I'd ordered but I was unwilling to wait longer. We also waited a further 5 minutes for butter. This was the slowest service I've experienced in ages.

The ambiance was filled with the same feeling you get at a funeral home. I can only assume because of the zombies who work here. The service was subpar, again because of boomers. My food is old because it is surrounded by old

Got the pick 2 soup and sandwich Chicken,chipotle,avocado sandwich The sandwich was very pathetic. Literally all bread hardly any meat small sliver of avocado off to the outside edge to make it look like it's got something and plenty of cheese imagine that. So very depressing considering they were not busy at all. Literally took no care in their job. I should've listened to all the reviews before I decided to try it! I definitely will not go back was not worth the money!

This Panera use to be good. Now you're lucky to get a handful of salad with any salad you order. Not to mention, a lot of the time the lettuce just looks gross. They also love using just the end/crunch white pieces of the lettuce as opposed to the nice leafy green part. Anything to save money and stiff the customer. The drive thru is beyond slow. I was just there recently trying to give them another chance, and it took 25min to actually get thru and get my food. Unacceptable.

I went there specifically for the autumn squash soup which is a seasonal fave of mine. The drive thru was pretty quick and my order was warm and tasty by the time I got home!

Panera bread always has the Freshest most well put together sandwiches baguettes, soups, salads, and fresh fresh, fresh, across-the-board. I really go for Fontaga chicken ... I'll just take off the basil an onion and add the fresh spinach. And on my yummy goodness I absolutely love the chocolate croissants now I have to watch my sugar ...so I figure with that dark chocolate and that puff pastry it's kind of a OK cheat. (Smiles) and the baguette with the butter yum-o. When you want something different, come to Panera.

This has been my worst Panera experience. We tried to order online, but the website was not letting us customize so we had to call. We ended up calling and did not get get the free delivery. Both our orders had sandwiches and neither was great. My mom's sandwichs did not taste fresh. As for mine, I ordered a turkey sandwich. They were out of red onions so I opted for picked red onions. There we not picked red onions on my sandwich. I specifically asked for no mayo, but keep the mustard. And the sandwich was COVERED in mayo. I had to scrape it off the turkey, I lost half the greens and a full piece of bread becausethere was no way to get all the mayo off of them. They had to be at least 2 tablespoons of mayo on the sandwich. It runined the entire meal. Overall the meal cost about $30 for two people and it was a complete waste of money for the experience. I will not be getting their food again until I can check it in person due to their lack of being able to follow instructions.
