Finally, Wendy's is back! I've always been a big fan but Wendy's especially at this location but not unusual amongst all fast food has been struggling since covid. Bad help (abysmal really) was a huge problem, the lobby never being open another but I've been three times in the last two weeks and they have an AMAZING crew in there now, professional, great service, and the food was SO much better! Keep up the good work!

I've been burned here twice on my lunch breaks this week. On Tuesday, October 21st I pulled in to the drive through and three different employees told me it was a shift change in the first five minutes before leaving me to sit in silence for an additional five minutes. Today, October 23rd, I pulled up and they were only accepting cash at the drive through but would take card inside. I entered the restaurant where no staff were acknowledging customers except to ask if they were Door Dash or Grub Hub. The rest of us were left to use the kiosks to place our order. In the course of 15 minutes, the staff questioned every new arrival if they were from one of the apps while letting orders pile up behind them rather than bag them for the customers who were waiting for their food. I saw my food sitting getting cold before someone finally gave it to me. I ordered spicy chicken nuggets and two cheesy bacon baked potatoes. Since it took so long to get my meal from this "fast food" establishment, I ate the nuggets in the car. Upon getting back to work, I discovered that both potatoes were half raw and uncooked. This Wendy's should disclose if they only serve app users rather than normal customers.

Terrible service. I've gone here over the last couple weeks maybe 3 or 4 times and every single time without fail, the drive thru takes almost 30 minutes. And then they get my food wrong. Just completely wrong food. Today I went through and ordered at the speaker and by the time I got to the window to pay my order apparently got deleted and I had to reorder everything. Their bags right now say "there's nothing happy about this meal". At least they got one thing right.

For anyone who is reading this. Do yourself a favor spend the extra money and go to five guys burgers or Chillburger.... I know the Frosty's are everything and they are delicious and God bless Dave who founded. WENDYS... but my order was completely wrong and I was missing a large fry and fully dress does not just mean lettuce and tomato on my double burger no cheese... And I was really looking forward to my fries, which is what a meal is made of... when you spend $29 you first coach expect the order to be right. I could've driven in traffic and gotten my french fries but after this lousy experience, I told my husband if he ever wants Wendy's again.. he can drive to Clarksville his self..5/1/2024 ..... McDonald's has gone downhill and apparently so has Wendy's I'll give the newer guys my money instead.

I think the 2.3 star rating for this Wendy's is off base. The food is ALWAYS five star. We get breakfast there often because in my opinion they have one of the best fast food breakfast menus and don't just overstuff everything with scrambled egg like most restaurants. We go through the drive thru and once or twice they've left our out items but that's bound to happen. They're never rude and often very pleasant. I feel like the speed is proportionate to the quality of food.

How can a fast food joint get me to submit a 5 star review? 1) Respond immediately when I get to the drive thru menu. 2) Read back my order like you care. 3) Ask me to drive to #1 window...not bark it to me. 4) Be patient with me when I drop my money in my floorboard. 5) Smile as you give me my food like you might actually like working (at window #2) and tell me to have a nice day. 6) Get my order...all of it...correct! Yep, that is what this location did and it was the nicest drive thru experience I have encountered in probably a year...anywhere!

Wish I could give no stars. Dude on the window needs to learn how to listen. We ended up getting irritated and leaving bc he couldn't listen long enough to get it right. Stop smoking weed before work and maybe you could manage a simple order. Will NEVER go back. As someone who has worked at a fast food window- it isn't that hard. ‍

I stopped to try a chili and their new fries. The chili was as good as usual and the new fries are very good, hot, crispy, meaty and salty if you want. The staff was very friendly and polite. I recommend this location.

First visit to Wendy's in probably 10 years. To prove advertising works, their hot and crispy fries commercials are what drew us in. For me personally, the ONLY fries I like must be hot and crispy. With Covid raging again, we can't do our normal in restaurant dining, we do drive thrus a couple times a week to give my wife a break from the kitchen. Yes I also help in the kitchen, but my wife is the ramrod of the operation. First thing, we tried to order the Family Pack. We were told the only way you can order the Family Pack is on line. The young lady stated she has no way to ring up the Family Pack on her register. I ordered Wendy's Spicy Chicken sandwich with fries and chili. My wife ordered the Combo Meal with Chicken Nuggets and a Junior Double Cheese Burger with fries. We both agreed the fries were as advertised, hot and crispy. As a matter of fact as we were pulling out of their lot we started on one order of fries and I burned my mouth. That's on me for diving in with wreckless abandon! My Chicken sandwich was at best, just OK. It's nowhere close to Popeye's or KFC's Chicken sandwich. Not even in the same ballpark. We split the chili and paid the upgrade for cheese, onions and hot sauce. I thought the chili was decent for a fast food joint, my wife wasn't too impressed. The Double Cheese Burger was dry and pretty tasteless. We brought the nuggets home and haven't tried them yet. All in all you pretty much know when eating fast food your not going to get a memorable dining experience. We received about what we expected. I will say, the employees we dealt with when ordering and receiving our order were pleasant and efficient.
