Stopped into the Subway in New Albany and grabbed a Black Forest Ham sandwich, and it definitely hit the spot. The bread was soft with that nice cheesy crunch on top, and the sandwich was loaded up just right--with plenty of ham, fresh veggies, and a generous helping of sauce (maybe even a little too generous, but I'm not mad about it). The jalapeños brought the heat, and the flavors came together really well. The staff moved things along quickly, and everything looked clean. But all in all, a solid visit and a tasty sub. Would definitely return!

Love this location definitely best one on this side of the river. Always get it for pickup and they always have my order done super quick. Used to go here all the time in High School nice to see the quality has held up.

My chopped salads have always fresh and generous. Every sub that my husband has tried he enjoyed and found to be very filling. As a treat, once in a while we'll split one of their delicious Raspberry Cheesecake cookies, yum!

Best subway entirely. I pass 5 subways to get to this one. Employees who are mature, polite, and have actual personalities. Their bar is always full and colorful. The store is clean and fully stocked. I've never been disappointed from that location. I can't same the same for others.

I think the girl working at Subway last night must not like people - or me - or her job. no one else was there and I was waiting for my grandson to say what he wanted on his 6" sub. she was pushing me to tell her what I wanted on mine. She cut the 12" bread into two uneven halves and selected the smaller one for mine. Then she burned it. I asked for 'very little onion and a little lettuce'. she dumped a handful of onion on it. as I expected, when I got home, the sandwich was dry and burned. i gave half of it to my dog (after removing a mound of onion.) My grandson (age 6) said, "She went crazy with the mayonnaise." I will give the Subway one more chance, but if this girl is 'working' I will leave and find another.

One of my favorite places to stop and eat at; considering its well maintained, clean, low cost, and fast, friendly service. It's in a popular location just off of I-64 before you head out into the crowded places, and it's out of the crowds if you're heading back up on the "Hill". I recommend it highly if you are into healthy food for minimal cost. The dining area is a little small, which can be an advantage if you're looking for company.

I have never been more disgusted in my life. To the manager with the preppy ass attitude your sandwich sucked worse than my first wife. I can't even believe you threw that many jalapeños on there I had to go to the hospital because my mouth was on fire. Normally I'm fine with a couple but that was just heap loads. I almost slipped and fell in the bathroom. Overall super disappointed with this joint.
