Well, the service could be a lot better. They could be more prompted on time every morning. I come there and get the same thing and for some reason on the weekend, they wanna play around and not open up until late. There's trash in the drive-through. Nothing's been done. It's nice Facility, but the staff That could use some etiquette training Marty is the only one with any sense that works here

We was out in Frankfort thought we give this place a try. I went with a 2A Quater cheese combo. The burger and fries were fresh but I think we blew away their drive through time we was sitting there for 15 minutes before we received our food. Super friendly Team!!!

One thing I love about McD is that you can get pancakes ("hotcakes") all day long - because they have breakfast all day long, duh! This branch has pretty quick service and my orders have been correct all the time. I am an exclusive drive through customer except maybe for the one time a few years back when I went in when they first introduced their wraps. It is nice to know that there's some place in Frankfort that's open on late nights and is not out of food.

I stopped here around 8:15 am while on my way to a meeting. Unfortunately their frappe machine was down, however the cashier recommended several alternate choices. I settled with a French Vanilla Latte. It was decent for what I needed, but would I get it again? No. The restaurant was clean, the food was hot and fresh, and the service was extremely friendly. I would return if I'm in town again.

One of the very few McDonald's I've been to that the employees have actually been really nice no matter what time of day I go. They have always got my order right and everything lol! So I'd say this place is one of the best McDonald's there is.. I know that's not saying much but lol it is what it is!!!

Used to be my lunch go to on the run. However, when it takes 15 minutes to get a meal and the fries are either cold over over cooked no sense in wasting my time. Not to mention you can smell the chemicals in the buns. Not a healthy choice and not any faster than running through subway.

The 2 McDonald's in Frankfort are owned by the same people. I know, it's McDonald's what do you expect right? Well the sad thing is there are only so many '24 hour' restaurants in Frankfort. So if you work at night you have very limited choices. They advertise they are open 24 hours, which they are NOT. This morning I went by and sat at the speaker for several minutes, no hours posted anywhere and all the lights are on. I pulled up to the window, same thing. Finally someone walked by and wouldn't even bother to come to the window. It's really freakin sad really. I try to avoid McDonalds as much as I can but sometimes it's the only option. So don't go expecting them to be 'Open 24 hours' because they are not.

I wish they would pay their workers more because it is such a fast paced job. Everytime I go it is always busy no matter what time it is. I have major respect for the employees for doing a thousand different jobs and only getting paid for one. I certainly couldn't keep up with it! Every once in a while they get my order wrong but if you just go back and show them they will usually give you extra food for free. I know, they should get it right the first time. I don't really care that their eggs are rubbery hockey pucks. I want my eggs with a side of plastic and cardboard! I can't be the only one that believes this isn't real food, right? It says they are open 24 hours but that isn't true. AND WHY EVEN HAVE AN ICE CREAM MACHINE IF IT IS ALWAYS BROKEN?
