Came in for lunch on a Friday afternoon. I ordered my favorite item: a chicken salad blt on a croissant. I mix up which chicken salad I get but today I got Lauryn's Lemon Basil. Their fruit is always fresh and tasty. A friend and I shared a slice of the white chocolate cake. Don't get it or you will eat the entire thing and lick the spoon. The girl at the counter is there a lot, she's friendly and funny. I wish I had caught her name. It's a great option for lunch.

My office orders from this location for lunch delivery. The food is good, but every time we order, at least one item is missing or wrong. The last two times it happened, we just let it go. But today I called to ask for the manager, and was told they were too busy to talk. I will call back later today to attempt to get a refund for the missing item, but we won't be ordering from this location again.

First of all, When I walked in the door I was pleasantly surprised by the décor. It is quite chic for a sandwich shop. I was visiting for my first time. Chicken salad never really drew me in all the times I drove by. Today was Veteran's Day so I thought I would bring a chicken salad sandwich home to share with wifey. I ordered Lauryn's Lemon Basil chicken salad. After tasting, wifey came up with a like review as I had which was just okay. Wifey and I could make a better chicken salad. By our standard it was rather bland. I think others may like it more and should give it a try.

I really enjoyed this place. It feels new & clean in there. The bathrooms were clean and that's always a good sign. I ordered the Jalapeño Holly combo but I upgraded to the side seasonal salad. I was surprised it came with a cute little cookie(which was delicious) a pickle & a few cracker packs. I'm sure it said in fine print but who reads that ;) It wasn't as spicy as I was expecting but it was salty. The crackers & some of the lettuce from my salad helped take it down a notch. I really did enjoy the flavor though. My salad was so good. The poppyseed dressing was light & refreshing. I recommend this place & I will be back to try quite a few different things. Oh & last but not least. They don't take tips but they donate any tips to a local place to help feed the hungry. I loved that.

We ordered lunch for 5 people for a work meeting. We were shorted a soup. I called to ask that they take it off the bill and they said it's a DoorDash thing and they couldn't do anything about it. They said they could write it down that we didn't get it and we could get a cup when we were there next time. But- we had to have the receipt with us. Gee thanks

We loved the chicken salads. We tried Classic Carol & Olivia's old south. My daughter is the picky eater, so she chose a turkey sandwich with potato soup and gobbled it up in no time. Haha My husband and I also had the same soup and really liked it. They include a dill pickle spear with your sandwich and a complimentary small buttercream cookie. My husband also bought a container of more chicken salad to eat on for a couple days because we both love it. We had been trying to find a good replacement since Kroger changed theirs about 4 years ago. This is it, for me.
