This food truck has been here for several years now. Over those years I've heard good things about their food, being delicious and authentic. Finally, one day going home I stopped. I already know this must be some good food; there were people in cars parked in the Qik Lub parking lot (where Fernando sets up) waiting on their food; lots of cars and if not there, they go to the other parking lot be the Wine and Spirits parking and await their food. In talking to one of the local customers (who is Spanish) he says he has tried them all and this is the best. Now you can call in your order as well, but it pretty much cooked to order so it's hot and fresh when you order direct, however, you may have to wait a bit for your food. As I waited for my pollo burrito it became more evident this is a popular location for good food as customers kept coming and coming willing to hang onto that appetite and hunger for a few more minutes while their feast is being prepared. As I gazed about, the parking lot and beyond was full and everyone practiced patients. In today's world that states a lot for their vendor and their food.
