When you walk into a McDonald's and there's no condiments or drink station, you know you're probably not in a good area of town, but that wasn't even my first impression. Walking in and seeing the staff in hoodie sweatshirts that have lint and hair hanging off of them, sloppy dirty looking is not appealing for people coming in here to buy food. I have my linked to the app and the worker looked at me like she didn't know what was going on. Had to ask someone if I needed to pay and she said she had never had that before. Drive to another location or the management/owners need to be more involved with this location or it's gonna keep going down here

Good staff, but many times understaffed which took longer to get order. Food is on par with other McDonald's, constantly the same! The location is a bit awkward to get in and out of but it's manageable. Staff seem to be always busy and helpful, just not enough of them. The store is always clean inside and out.

Bathrooms were locked, asked the associate to unlock the women's restroom for my young daughter and she asked "are you gonna buy something?" Having just ate, I declined and she just me a little smile and said "you could just buy a Coke but can't let you in without a purchase." To make matters worse, after I said "cmon kiddo, let's go somewhere else", she proceeded to turn around and joke with the staff about how she denied my young daughter entry into the bathroom. Literally laughing... I hope you're proud of that! Sad day when companies put policies in place like this, particularly this close to the interstate. Oh, and they allowed a dog inside who was literally just sitting alone near the door. I didn't mention this to the associate, but I've spent hundreds of dollars at this location as my office is located around the corner. I didn't mind leaving, so it wasn't worth trying to persuade her into not allowing my daughter access to the restroom with this knowledge. But when she started laughing at my daughter... that was uncalled for. Shame on you.

They say that the definition of insanity is doing the same thing over and over and expecting different results. Well, call me insane, because I came to this place when I knew better. I have had lackluster service here before, but today was the worst!! Bad enough to make me do a 1-star review and wish I could give 0. This visit should have been a breeze. One car in lane 1, and lane 2 empty and waiting for my car to roll up and place my order. As I'm sitting there, the car in lane 1 finishes and another car takes it's place. The voice on the other side of the speaker apparently didn't think I had enough time to ponder my order, so they proceed to take the order from the new car in lane 1. And, of course, those people don't know what they want. Um...er...how about... Gah! After what feels like an eternity, they get finished, and the voice asks me for my order. I tell the voice that I have a code and give the proper 4 digits that will give me 20% off. The voice repeats the proper 4 digits, and my app shows that the code has been accepted. Then silence. Thinking that maybe I missed the voice asking for my order, I proceed to give it. More silence. Huh? Kinda getting frustrated here. Blood pressure is starting to creep up. The voice finally decides to speak, and asks, "What was your code again?" and my blood pressure goes a bit higher. By this point 2 cars have had their orders taken in lane 1. After a deep breath, I again give the proper 4 digits and say that the code was accepted according to my app. The voice then says, "Let me get a manager". At this point my blood pressure is about to hit a dangerous level. Nope. No way y'all getting my money after this. I told the voice to forget it, and drove off. As I'm on my way to work I realize that since the app thinks I used the 20% off code, I can't use it at a different McDonald's today. Just shaking my head at the absurdity of it all. At least my blood pressure is back to normal.

I mean - I know that the food is gonna be hit or miss at 3 o'clock on a Sunday afternoon. Today, must definitely a miss. Waiting at the dreaded third window for old, stale French fries and dried up chicken nuggets. But the nasty attitudes of the crew here is really something else. The girl who was working the drive thru window was so nice. The lady at the next window shoved our drinks at us and barked to go to the next window. When our food finally arrived, that worker just shoved the our bag out at us, gave a nasty look and slammed the window. WTF?! So sorry to ruin your day by asking you to scoop up some stale, greasy morsels. Maybe this is a Sunday crew issue ... Weekday mornings seem to keep it moving along.

I needed a good reason to quit going to McDonalds for the most part and my most recent experience at this location is good enough for me to not eat at any McDonalds within a 5 mile radius. I arrived at this McDonalds ordering via the app like I always do and I let the person at speaker know I also wanted a small ice water. She told me to let the person at the second window know and they would get me one. I pulled up to the second window and told them I also needed a small ice water. A bit of backstory here is needed but this location has recently charged $.10 for water which is silly just for some water especially when it's summer time and has been pretty hot outside. When I told the gentleman at the window I wanted a water he gave me a small ice water and told me to have a great evening. As I pulled away from the window I heard someone yelling and I stopped. The guy that handed me the water stuck his head out of the drive-thru window and was yelling at me to pay the $.10 for the water. Really? I was screamed at to pay for a small ice water and plus, they stopped the entire drive-thru line just to treat me like a criminal all over an ice water. So, as I was still stopped, I pulled out a dollar to pay and a lady came out and started yelling at me and this made me really upset. I gave her the dollar and told her I had no problems paying it. She came back to give me change and ended up throwing the hand in my hand a bit aggressively which really upset me. Being as I have sciatica it hurts me to bend over and I asked her to pick it up and she decided to instead throw some more expletives at me. I will never give this place my business ever again. I've already been trying to make better food choices and I didn't need another reason to not eat at McDonalds but this particular location gave me a really great reason to not give them my business anymore. Outside of the way I was treated they never tell you what food they are handing you as they tend to shove it to you and make you try to move on. I get it is fast food but you should at least let a person know what you are handing them when you give it to them it's not that difficult to do.

This store is a very slow store. I been in the BMV faster than that. 42 minutes for a double cheeseburger combo regular. They had like 6 managers there and probably 10 employees just standing around not a care in the world. I asked about my order 25 minutes in and they say we just to make your shake and I just left without receiving my food because it took to long. I get maybe a 5 minutes order but 48 minutes wow.
