This place has been hit or miss for years now. My last experience (which will be my last experience) was pretty awful. I ordered online. My daughter went to pick up the order. No one could seem to find it - although the tracker said it was done. She waited 20 minutes to bring home pizza that had been sitting for as long. Someone forgot to drop our wings - so instead of explaining that - they just wandered around, ignoring her until they were finished. I voiced my complaints via the website & received a message from Sabrina, the General Manager wanting to make it right. I followed her instructions & responded back to the email stating 'yes, please do make this right'. Her response? Well, it's been three weeks and crickets. I just have to laugh. It's not like I'll miss their stale, tough crust anyway.

Seriously, what the HECK is wrong with this store? And why can't they get it right? When I first bought this house, I placed an order and the driver then couldn't find my house even though it's in a well established neighborhood. For years, I didn't order from this poor excuse of a restaurant, but I received an offer for free delivery, so I thought,"Why not?" and placed an order. The confirmation said the estimated time of delivery would be 45 minutes. No problem. I was pleasantly surprised when I received a notification after only 20 minutes or so that the driver was on the way. 15 or so minutes later, I received a notification that my order had been delivered. Really?! Give the benefit of the doubt, now. Maybe the tracker app is a little off, and it will be here shortly. Nope. An hour and a half after placing the order online, I placed a call to the store to find out what the problem was. The girl who answered the phone was very nice, but had a tone in her voice that said she was having a hard time believing that I didn't receive my order. After a discussion with her manager, I was told that they would expedite and get my order out to me immediately. Nope. No, thank you. Please just refund my money. And now you know the "why not".

Been ordering food from here ever since it opened today August 29, 202 service was young ladies working the front counter was remarkable laila and Hermiohe they was busy busy and had it all under contro. they was smiling and treated everybody with respect and courtesy on top of everything food to the people taking the orders from the from people walking in. They were just really awesome. You got great employees hope you treat them well !!!

they delivered the wrong pizza. when I called they blamed doordash. I didn't order from doordash, i ordered from them directly. they offered to have my pizza remade and delivered an hour later, instead of contacting their delivery driver, who left mere seconds before my call. I asked to have my order refund reunded. I wouldn't get my money for 7-10 business days later, granted it's only $15, but that's complete BS, no reason the order couldn't be refudned in a few days. I don't have the confidence in them to actually refund our order since they couldn't tell what site I ordered from or who delivered. No way to provide corporate a view of the customer service at this location, it's an endless cycle of web browsers loading asking if they helped. the company doesn't provide adequate customer service.

Haven't ordered Papa Johns in a very long time. Decided to pick up carryout today after giving in to my craving for a Works Pizza And the NEW EPIC stuffed crust. Works was my usual flavor but the pizza dough was horrible. The bottom of the pizza was so flimpsy. Not done at all. The stuffed crust is about 1.5" in diameter... Way to big. Some of that dough needed to be at the bottom to help out the support. Epic Failure Papa Johns. Won't get it again. I should just go back to avoiding Papa Johns. Service at the counter was very friendly and greeted me as i walked in tbe door and i got what i ordered. So that is the only reason i gave them 3 stars.

This place has only gotten worse with each visit. and what really killed me about this last visit is the cashier had the nerve to suggest I give them a tip for something I ordered and picked up. Not to mention how substandard the food was that I received. I come from a time when you actually have to either be serving my food or provide something really good and only after the above has been performed a tip would be justifiable. This is the last time I'll ever be a patron to this company, again. It shouldn't be a guessing game as to how an order will turn out. Waste of time and money.

I have been a pretty loyal Dominos guy for a long time. I'm a marketing guy by trade and appreciate good advertising and the new commercials for the "Shaqaroni" worked well enough to get me to try it. Seeing how I live in Jeffersonville (founding city of Papa Johns) and this was from store #1 I had all expectation of a great experience. Loaded up the app and proceeded to place an order. Ordered one of the aforementioned Shaqaroni some jalapeño bread knots and a bbq chicken papadilo. The delivery person was friendly. The food however was not. All items were not warm and the cutting of the pizza was not good. Slices were impossible to remove from each other. The pizza was undercooked also. Making the crust rubbery. The papadio was also not cut thru either and was also not warm. Guess I'll go back to old faithful DOMINOS for delivery pizza. I replied to the automated request for feedback from PJ. Hopefully it will help them improve. The ads with Shaq worked but the product didn't deliver an All Star performance. This pizza is being sent to the bench.

BEYOND horrible management !!!!! I called to ask if they could cut the heart shaped pizzas and the boy hung up on me after waiting 30 minutes on the phone for a answer! and when I called back and asked if they could cut the pizza or not he said I already f***ing told you we CANT Then he gave the phone to a women who wanted to argue with me because I asked to speak to the manager I then spoke to the manager and she said I'll talk to him: I said okay thank you what was his name (so I could call corporate) and she said I don't know who you talked to ( then how would you talk to him about how he is being to customers?) hmmm I was just like okay! Then when my delivery driver gets here with my food she's smoking a big fat blunt and blows it into my house and the smell is lingering on my food. Now I don't care if your smoking that's on you but don't ever do it when you have someone's food with you! It's just pathetic won't be ordering from here EVER again.

Let's just skip over the whole thing about the actual guy Papa John, okay? And as I've said before, sure, it's better when we shop local. Chains are inherently less interesting than one-offs. But sometimes we stray from that path. I like nearly every kind of pizza under the sun. And that includes Papa John's. It's reliable and a very solid chain pizza. And this location has a lunch buffet! What's better than that?

Ordered a pepperoni & Italian sausage and a green pepper & Italian sausage thin crust. Delivery was estimated around 35 minutes. Delivered by door dash who made at least 1 extra stop. 1 hour and 15 minutes later it showed up cool. Worst thing it looked like some of the pepperonis had been picked off (1 pepperoni per slice was left literally) & it looked like indentions where more could have been. I would not order delivery again from here, maybe pick-up. Very disappointing.
