I just ordered a steak burrito about 15 minutes ago and got no protein/ steak at all. This has never happened before and i'm disappointed. Qdoba is my go to spot, and I was not able to enjoy it.

This is a new store to the 10th street area of Jeffersonville. I ordered on the app for pick up. They do not have a grab and go stand for pick up, you have to ask for your order. It was a quick pick up process and I was on my way. The lunch was good and made it an easy pick up process.

I was just in this restaurant about an hour ago . The lady that waited on me touched the garbage can with her gloves on and then put her hand in the lettuce. When I realized what she did, I asked what was in the garage can. She said nothing and stated the bag in the garbage can was new. I said Ma'am you touched the garbage can and then put your hand in the lettuce. And this lady had the nerve to say do you want me to change my gloves. Lol. I politely turned around and walked out. I guess common sense ain't so common. Smh. Unacceptable!

Overheard one of the male workers talking to a customer in a weird way. It was really odd and it made the female customers really uncomfortable, the look of disgust and fear were clearly seen. As well as the fact one of the workers touched the garbage can and refilled his drink with his gloves on. Then served the customers in line. When I asked him to change his gloves, he gave an attitude.

My issue with this Qdoba location is the consistency between if you're ordering catering versus if you're ordering individually on their app is a problem. Order catering for my place of employment all the time from this location in the food comes in perfect but when I order individually through the app for 4-5 people the food is thrown in the bag items are missing. Nothing is labeled even though I put specifically on each item it's for or if it is labeled it's labeled incorrectly. so I'm ordering 4 to 5 different items and nothing is ordered so I don't know which burrito has steak and which has chicken that's a problem. but if I order catering, my order is perfect. I am rethinking ordering anything from this location because of the inconsistency I shouldn't get perfect service because I order catering versus if I order individually shouldn't matter that's extremely discouraging to see how they treat me as a customer when I place it underneath, catering versus if I order individually through the app.

The staff here are always so nice and very kind, and my food is prepared perfectly. Location is our favorite area. Employees always have a smile and the line moves quickly.

Placed my order through the drive-through. I order a simple chicken, cilantro rice, black bean, Queso bowl. I received a dry black bean burrito with chicken and beef, and maybe a tablespoon of Queso. The attendant explained they ran out of cilantro rice, and thought to tell me after I paid. Not cool! I could have created a fuss and received a refund but I was starving and in a hurry, thinking it won't be bad, it is only rice missing. Boy was I wrong! I had no idea that my food was going to suck like it did. It was dry and tasteless. In stead of calling and complaining I will just avoid Qdoba from now on. There are plenty of places to choose from and Qdoba just isn't a place that triggers a craving.

It just opened today so I decided to venture in. Sadly, it was a bit disappointing. Beyond not running any type of special for opening day, they were being oddly stingy on portion sizes. What seemed like a half scoop of rice was followed by what was likely 3-4 ounces of meat (using tongs, which makes it difficult to get much of anything). Even toppings, like lettuce and cheese, were given in very small portions. Overall, my meal was over $17 for a burrito and drink once they charged me for "extra" meat.

the food was AMAZING and well packaged, the customer service was helpful, making sure the store was clean, organized, and looks like a very delightful environment! highly recommend this Qdoba WAYYYYY over the one in Clarksville.
