A few kind words for an establishment suffering mightily in other Yelp! reviews: we had a comfortable night's rest and a great view of the Ohio River. Our room had a mini-fridge and Starbucks coffee (we may have gotten an upgrade). Sheets, towels and other things were clean and fresh. The hotel is only a few hundred yards from a very nice trail system that works its way west all the way to the Falls of the Ohio State Park--a great way to decompress after a day of driving. There a couple of restaurants nearby which we did not try. The Sheraton does not operate a full service restaurant. I have the impression that Marriott is not investing much in updates for their Sheraton properties. Carpet stains, scratches and dents on doors & furniture should be expected. We only paid about $10 more than a room at the newer place across the street (might be a Towne Place Suites) and we thought the view from our upper floor room was worth it,

What a bummer this hotel was. I've been a pretty loyal Bonvoy customer, but admittedly I'm no Ambassador status or anything of the such. But this hotel was just not great. The carpet was stained and sticky. The bathroom had hair in it. There were water stains and old mildew stains. I didn't take photos and should have but this hotel is just in desperate need of some renovations. Obviously it was inexpensive ($135) but I still would appreciate cleanliness. I definitely will opt for another property next time I'm in the area.

Honestly inhad a great time I was there for the Fourth of July weekend there was a lot going on guest was all friendly the staff was great I had a little 5 yr old that you would think lived on sugar and was all around and they didn't bat a eye at him (I still keep him under control but sometimes he gets away) they let the kids play Roblox on the lobby computers let the pool stay open a little longer, was fast to help with linens and towels the rooms are clean and the grounds was well maintained and nice spots for a few places to eat right next to the bridge that lead straight into Louisville Nice little hole in the wall bar 5 min walk it's really good place to check out I never speak to highly of places

We are premium elite members and had a horrible experience! Save yourself the headache and stay elsewhere! Our first room has visible mold on the walls and ceiling, multiple sites where wallpaper was peeling, and 1/4 of the carpet in the room was soaking wet from the a/c condensation. Upon calling the front desk, we were upgraded to a top floor two room suite. This second room had no working a/c in either the living room or the bedroom, the en-suite bathroom had only hot water in the toilet (known by hot steam when you opened the lid), the bathroom counter had a dried water ring (making it obvious that the bathroom had not been cleaned), we found a bug in the room, and the sheets had holes in them and were stained. We checked out early, were refunded our member points used to book, and when I asked to speak to a manger, I was told there was not one onsite. If I could give a 0 star rating, I would.

Rolanda was at the desk and took great care of us. Check-in was quick and we got the rooms we wanted. We were looking for a nice suite for my mom and she made that happen! Nice hotel that seemed pretty new or just well kept. Rooms were nice with great views of the river. It is walking distance to a few restaurants which is the main reason we stayed here to go to Upland Brewery to watch 4th fireworks. Definitely recommend if you need a place to stay

One of my favorite hotels near the river. They have a pool and a hot tub! A bar and restaurant (buffet breakfast is 14.99 per person) Hold of 50$ so not to crazy. I would give 5 stars if rooms had a fridge and microwave. Have to go downstairs to their little store to use microwave. And bring a cooler because no fridge . But everything else is great. Kaitlyn at front desk is amazing

The hotel is in a great location and looks nice from the outside, but inside it goes downhill quickly. Stains on the carpets (including questionable stains by the bed), wall paper peeling, stains on the shears. The shower head fixture was missing the screw covers and was loose, and the water pressure was low. There was dust accumulated on the popcorn ceiling from the vents. Breakfast was fine, but it costs extra, and it's not any better than other hotels I've stayed where it was included and had a waffle maker. If they'd put proper effort into deep cleaning and basic repairs it would be a nice place, but as it sits I have to suggest going somewhere else.

First of all, we went for the Abby Road on the River festival and it said online it was within walking distance....yea if you want to walk 5 miles. Then our "shuttle" driver dropped us off and never came back to pick us up even though he said he would be coming there every 15 minutes...ended up taking an Uber. Our bathroom faucet had no cold water because the spicket was stuck and we couldn't turn it on. The "hot tub" had no bubbles whatsoever even after the maintenance man came to fix. I would never go back to this hotel if I go to the festival again!!!!

This hotel is a solid 3.5 stars Located right on the riverside directly across from downtown Louisville Jeffersonville, IN, you will find what I will refer to as your "typical" midwestern older (needs some TLC) Sheraton. Which honestly, there is nothing wrong with if you are crashing for a few nights at most; however, it can be really, really hard to justify staying there if the rate is over $175 (taxes and fees included). Highlights: + Free parking- Hands down one of the biggest reasons why I chose to stay in Jeffersonville vs Louisville + Location - directly across the river to downtown Louisville with easy access to I65 (Toll bridge) and I64 (free). You can also easily walk (~15 minutes depending on walking speed) to the restaurant/shops area (Spring ST). Also, you can find ramp to the Big Four Bridge that will allow you to walk into the Louisville if you want to avoid finding parking downtown while at the same time as stretching your legs. - Bathroom - like others have mentioned, it's freaking tiny. Like walk in towards the shower to be able to shut the door. You physically cannot shut the door otherwise. +/- Shower- It had a walk-in shower with a slight step in. The height of the shower head was good for 6 feet tall. Water temp/pressure, meh + Beds- honestly not the most confrontable sleep, especially if you are taller, you may have to sleep at an angle to not end up having your feet hang off the end of the bed and end up with numb feet. Also, the pillows were just oddly flat and didn't offer the most support, like the mattress, they seemed well used. - It was odd that they didn't actually have a refrigerator in the room. +/- There was a small gym and pool/whirlpool (enter gym to get to) +/- Apparently there is a Hooters attached to the hotel and accessible via the second floor of the hotel -Avoid getting a connecting room if you can. The walls are the thickest and noise does travel *** This hotel seems to attract youth traveling sports teams during the weekend. **Like many Marriott's, many things have been reduced due to covid, i.e. the lounge and housekeeping , though honestly, this could be a staffing issue that has been on going pre-covid.
